We're sorry to hear this, Marie, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure your laundry comes out fresh and clean. For the best results, make sure to use the hottest water safe for your fabric, as well as not overload your washing machine and pre-treat any noticeable stains beforehand. We'd like to help you get the most from your Tide, so when you have a minute, please get in touch with us at (800) 879-8433.

Thank you for sharing this with us, Kate. Our Tide PODs™ are put through many quality checks to provide you with the best laundry experience, and we apologize that was not the case for you. We recommend ensuring to add the pod to the back of the washer before any clothing, and ensuring not to overload your washer to allow enough room for the pod to move around and dissolve. A single pod is enough for a small load, and two pods is enough for a medium to large load. We'd like to help provide some restoration tips for your shirt, and to learn more about your experience. Please give us a call at (800) 879-8433, and we'd be happy to help.

Nano, we're so sorry for the confusion regarding our Spring Meadow scent. It is a scented product. You are likely looking for our Free & Gentle Detergent as it is free of perfumes and dyes. We'd love to tell you more about this detergent, so when you have a moment to spare, please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.
