[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many different protein drinks and I really like this one. The flavor is rich and doesn't have that minerally after taste. It's really small and not really good for a meal replacement, but for an added "boost", it's perfect!

I have since bought this product after being able to try it first. Not only does it give me extra nutrients that i need, it also gives me energy. Its also very filling and has plenty of vitamins. Its a good in between meal snack.

The grams of carbohydrates and the amount of sugars is also higher than I'd prefer in a meal replacement. Overall, merely average and doesn't stand out.

I like Boost to supplement additional protein into my diet, although, i do wish it had a little less sugar. I think it would taste just as fantastic as a reduced sugar option. But i would recommend this drink. I was very happy with the taste and texture not gritty or chalky.

I purchased for myself to try and lose weight. Rich chocolate has good smooth flavor. My 14 yo daughter has been drinking for breakfast. I was wondering if there will be a powder product to purchase as may be cheaper than ready to drink? I also purchased some for my 81 yo mother who has low iron and doesn't eat enough during the day. thanks!!

It is not chalky like some other drinks, it is just yummy and chocolaty. Also very good for maintaining/gaining weight when needed. I will definitely be ordering them again in the future!

Boost is creamy and delicious and gives a healthy, nutritious dose of energy without the jittery feeling I get from energy drinks that are mostly caffeine and sugar. The vitamins, minerals and extra protein keep me going whem I'm working 14 hour days and have to stay focused.

I've been weight training for 38 years and have always struggled getting enough protein. If I eat meals trying to get it, I always end up putting on body fat no matter how clean I try to eat. It’s just too many calories consumed to reach a reasonable amount of protein. The last six months I’ve drank 3 high protein Boosts and eaten a well-rounded dinner every day (Except Sunday that’s my cheat day!) and I’m pretty happy with the results. I’m at my desired bodyweight and I’ve kept a significant amount of muscle without having to use messy protein powders.
