[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would drink this as a boost of nutrients because it is full of them. I have tried other drinks that taste Chalky and have no taste. This is not one of those believe me I even have my parents drinking them. And they don’t drink anything unless it have Vitamins and nutrients and taste great.

Tastes just like chocolate milk , none of that nasty taste very Smooth, best when super super cold. This has no artificial flavor at all love it and enjoy it with crushed ice on top of it. I love the small size of this because you can fit in your purse or anywhere makes it easy to carry also not a odd shaped bottle to hold. I love the over all taste and glad to have this a part of my daily routine amazing.

I have since bought this product after being able to try it first. Not only does it give me extra nutrients that i need, it also gives me energy. Its also very filling and has plenty of vitamins. Its a good in between meal snack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent chocolate flavor and high in protein, but does tend to be chalky compared to other protein drinks and meal replacements. The grams of carbohydrates and the amount of sugars is also higher than I'd prefer in a meal replacement. Overall, merely average and doesn't stand out.

I like Boost to supplement additional protein into my diet, although, i do wish it had a little less sugar. I think it would taste just as fantastic as a reduced sugar option. But i would recommend this drink. I was very happy with the taste and texture not gritty or chalky.

Never felt better!! My psoriasis which I have had all my life has vertically cleared up and my finger nails are stronger and no longer brittle. So happy with this product. I usually have 1 for breakfast and lunch. Thank you!!!! P.s. I only wished it was packaged in larger quantities.

I purchased for myself to try and lose weight. Rich chocolate has good smooth flavor. My 14 yo daughter has been drinking for breakfast. I was wondering if there will be a powder product to purchase as may be cheaper than ready to drink? I also purchased some for my 81 yo mother who has low iron and doesn't eat enough during the day. thanks!!

I've been weight training for 38 years and have always struggled getting enough protein. If I eat meals trying to get it, I always end up putting on body fat no matter how clean I try to eat. It’s just too many calories consumed to reach a reasonable amount of protein. The last six months I’ve drank 3 high protein Boosts and eaten a well-rounded dinner every day (Except Sunday that’s my cheat day!) and I’m pretty happy with the results. I’m at my desired bodyweight and I’ve kept a significant amount of muscle without having to use messy protein powders.

This is perfect for me to use first thing in the morning before I head off to work. This can also be good to use after a workout to get that boost of protein in your system. The texture was perfect for this kind of drink and very refreshing.

It is not chalky like some other drinks, it is just yummy and chocolaty. Also very good for maintaining/gaining weight when needed. I will definitely be ordering them again in the future!
