[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boost shakes are delicious! I had the rich chocolate, which is probably my favorite. They are smooth and go down easy. As you can see from my photos, the nutrition value is awesome. After drinking for 3 days I am beginning to feel some more energy. They are easy to open but well sealed. Will definitely try other flavors.

I was pleasantly surprised when it did not taste metallic or chalky. It actually tasted better than the protein powder i use after workouts. I have purchased these to keep in a pinch when I am unable to make a protein shake. Overall they are good, I would like to try the other flavors, as well. Im sure these could replace my protein powder in the future.

Loved the flavor and the taste was great, I would highly recommend this product to get your daily nutrients!!! And the great taste is an added bonus!! Also a brand you can trust!!

It taste more like a milk shake to me. I drank it in the morning to give me an extra boost before getting my day started and I have to say it worked. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink protein shakes every morning. I usually use a shaker bottle to mix my own. This Boost is a nutritional drink that is ready to consume. This makes it super easy. I liked the ingerdients and that it contains 20grams of protein. I like protein before I work out. This drink met my needs...its decent tasting..easy to drink , good in the nutrients its giving you and gave me the same nutrition as I get from a shake. I think these are great to have on hand. Good for quick options when you need a nutritional drink. I personally prefer mixing my own for the flavor....but this is an okay chocolate drink. I recommend keeping it chilled...it is more refreshing that way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many different protein drinks and I really like this one. The flavor is rich and doesn't have that minerally after taste. It's really small and not really good for a meal replacement, but for an added "boost", it's perfect!
