[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually mix my own protein drink with the powder and water but this packaged protein drink was a good on-the-go option. The strawberry flavor had a rich and creamy texture and it wasn't too thick. It also didn't have any after taste which was another plus. Highly recommend if you are too lazy to mix your own protein drink and just need to grab it to go. It's good to drink protein shakes after a work out to restore your muscles.

My Oncologist referred me to drink at least one Boost a day. I was a little leery to try it at first. I even held my nose during the first drink and was surprised to find Boost flavorable, rich and creamy texture ( no gritty feeling on teeth), the actual Chocolate flavor really tasted like Chocolate, there were no after taste, or vitamin taste. I feel like it gave me a little “Boost” . I’m very picky and was so surprised I could actually drink it without gagging or chocking on it... Yeah Boost!!!!

The flavor was amazing and I love that it is has the nutrients I need to live a healthy lifestyle and the fact that it curbs my appetite. I drink one of these atleast 3-4 times a week, usually for a late breakfast or early lunch. I am looking forward to trying all the different flavors and am definitely addicted to these now and I love that I have more energy now that I haven't had in quite awhile!

If you love are a chocolate person, I think you’ll like this. I used this in place of a traditional lunch and it surprisingly filled me up. I wasn’t hungry afterwards. The formula is very creamy and rich and thick but not too thick. You definitely need to chill this before drinking and shake it right before you pour it. With some nutritional drinks, you get a chalky aftertaste but not really with this one. It doesn’t leave your mouth feeling dry like some I’ve tried. It tastes really good with a robust, true chocolate milk-like flavor. This is packed with protein and vitamins so you definitely get your days worth. The size is very convenient too. You can easily fit this into your pocketbook or lunch bag. I really like this and will definitely look for it in the store!

To be honest I've been drinking Boost for years I love the stuff. I'm not good at taking vitamins or always eating the way I should. So I mainly drink these for the protein and vitamins. I received Boost in Rich chocolate and it was delicious without that chalky taste other similar drinks have. It contains 20 grams of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals. The only con of this product Is if your counting calories it's 250 calories for only 8 oz.however you are getting a significant amount of protein so that will totally depend on the users needs. As far as me I plan on still keeping it a part of my diet and using it as meal replacement when I skip breakfast instead of opting for cereal or donuts I highly recommend trying this product.its also great for a post workout treat!

It did seem to fill me up a little to keep me from wanting to eat all morning so that is a good thing. I would recommend over other drinks of the same type though as this brand does taste

Sucralose aka Splenda is a no no in the health world. Very controversial. I gave this a 4 star because the mobility version has sucralose but this one doesn’t have the collagen! Come on boost, get your ingredients consistent and get rid of the bad stuff and add the good!

I took Boost at Breakfast and Dinner to energize me and set the mood for the day. I loved the rich chocolate flavor it’s not too sweet and just the right consistency. I drank it cold chilled which was invigorating leaving me wanting for more. It’s packed with 27 vitamins and minerals and 20 grams of protein. Definitely a healthy drink. I like the packaging it’s colorful. I definitely would try the other flavors and recommend it to friends and family members.
