I couldn't believe something this good could give you the extra little pop of energy and the taste was yummy, the Protein was the extra bonus. Will definitely get more , every flavor.

I received this product from Influenster and Boost for my honest review, and let me tell you, I was quite impressed with how well it tasted. It was nice and chocolaty. It didn't have any aftertaste. I drank it cold, which I believe is best or even over ice or used as a smoothy. The taste was rich and not chalky at all. The flavor was yummy, and I would recommend this for anyone who perhaos fasts or those that need an extra BOOST! :)

I gave it 4 stars because I tasted the Cafe Mocha flavor and did not care at all for it but I dont like mocha in general so feel I would have really enjoyed a different flavor.

I am a diabetic and I don’t like getting up to a plate of food. I am also trying to lose weight. I faithfully drink Boost Glucose Controlled everyday as a meal (breakfast) replacement. It tastes great and satisfies and sustains me. Also sometimes I just don’t have time to eat a balanced meal and I drink Boost instead. Have been doing this for at least 2 years.

Was a nice thing to have when you need a little pick me up but not very hungry! Has good 26 vitamins and 20g. protein! Only draw back is the 15 grams of sugar, I am diabetic so have to watch my sugar intake! I would drink from time to time!
