[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was actually pretty good. It reminded me of a chocolate shake. The liquid is thick like most protein drinks. I found the calories to be a little higher than I prefer. I would drink it again, but sparingly due to the calories.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to add more protein to my diet and this Boost Drink Muscle Health & Energy fits the bill. It has 20 g of protein and 250 calories in an 8 ounce serving. I drink one for lunch and that’s all I need. Being a chocoholic I have usually found chocolate nutritional drinks to taste like chalk but this one does NOT taste chalky and has a great chocolate flavor. I highly recommend this drink if you’re wanting to add protein to your diet easily.

I have to drink Boost every day for nutritional needs, and although I do not have arthritis, I find the new seal on the top to be VERY difficult to remove. One bottle slid and all of the contents splashed all over my counter. The bottle is sealed by the outer plastic covering. Can anyone tell me why the new seal is in place, and if it is for safety reasons, is it ok to drink any Boost I buy that doesn't yet have the hideous new seal? Other than that, I love the product's taste, but have been considering going back to Ensure, which I can open, and I don't want to, since I like Boost's flavor better, but not if I have to fight to get into the bottle.

I had 1 each day for 3 days between lunch and dinner and it curbed my cravings and got me through til dinner. Ibreally enjoyed this. The only thing that would keep me from purchasing is price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink protein shakes every morning. I usually use a shaker bottle to mix my own. This Boost is a nutritional drink that is ready to consume. This makes it super easy. I liked the ingerdients and that it contains 20grams of protein. I think these are great to have on hand. Good for quick options when you need a nutritional drink. I personally prefer mixing my own for the flavor, but this is an okay chocolate drink.

I started using this product when I got my wisdom teeth out and needed to get nutrients while also not being able to open my mouth, chew, or do anything else essential for the purpose of obtaining said nutrients. The drink served its purpose and contrary to many reviews, I actually like the chocolate, although I would agree the vanilla is a no go. Now that my face has finally recovered, I continue to stock these in my fridge for after long runs when I need to get protein in my system, but can't stomach food, and am too lazy to actually make a protein shake. Bonus pro tip- don't wait until you're almost thirty to get your badly impacted wisdom teeth out- it's apparently way more difficult and higher risk for dry socket, yay!

They have so many added benefits to drinking them ,like me I am a very busy mom of 2 and dont always have time to make sure I get the nutrition needed on a daily basis so being able to have that in Boost makes life so much easier. I highly recommend these Boost Drink for so many reasons ,number 1 is nutrition but also when your busy and hungry plus they taste so good.
