Was a nice thing to have when you need a little pick me up but not very hungry! Has good 26 vitamins and 20g. protein! Only draw back is the 15 grams of sugar, I am diabetic so have to watch my sugar intake! I would drink from time to time!

I do not really drink boost, and some people have told me about it before in this flavor. I was a little skeptical about it at first because I do not drink other nutrient drinks or supplement drinks. I am now considering it only if it is boost in vanilla flavor. I always thought these type of drinks would taste chalky and not good, I was wrong!

This is a great meal replacement for me on those days when life gets too busy. It has all the nutrients that a well balanced meal has pending I had the time too cook one... I have some ulcers in my mouth I am fighting to cure. This is going to help me get something in my stomach. It has everything in it my body needs until I can get my mouth cured. I liked the chocolately, rich flavor and the 15 grams of protein - a big plus for very active days. I also like the portability of this product, easy to grab and tuck into a tote bag. The only criticism I have is the 6 grams of fat, which I think is high and the lack of any fiber, which I consider an important nutrient in a supplemental product.

They are not chalky like some other protein drinks I have had. I will be purchasing these more often. I love it. Really cold from the refrigerator. Sometimes I’ll put it in the freezer for a little bit to get it even colder. Definitely going to be a staple in my home.
