Its nice tasting, creamy. However I've noticed with this and the one for weight gain they have a HUGE amount of B12. So for those of us who struggle to keep weight on because of high metabolism, its counterproductive. Is there one that has high calories yet lower B12?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink protein shakes every morning. I usually use a shaker bottle to mix my own. This Boost is a nutritional drink that is ready to consume. This makes it super easy. I liked the ingerdients and that it contains 20grams of protein. I like protein before I work out. This drink met my needs...its decent tasting..easy to drink , good in the nutrients its giving you and gave me the same nutrition as I get from a shake. I think these are great to have on hand. Good for quick options when you need a nutritional drink. I personally prefer mixing my own for the flavor....but this is an okay chocolate drink. I recommend keeping it chilled...it is more refreshing that way!

I took Boost at Breakfast and Dinner to energize me and set the mood for the day. I loved the rich chocolate flavor it’s not too sweet and just the right consistency. I drank it cold chilled which was invigorating leaving me wanting for more. It’s packed with 27 vitamins and minerals and 20 grams of protein. Definitely a healthy drink. I like the packaging it’s colorful. I definitely would try the other flavors and recommend it to friends and family members.

This is not one of those believe me I even have my parents drinking them. And they don’t drink anything unless it have Vitamins and nutrients and taste great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that Boost is Gluten Free. The flavor I tried is Cafe Mocha very creamy. My grand daughter came over and wanted to taste it, she's 9. She loved it, kids are picky and this is saying something for any product. Boost has other flavors that I will eventually get to try Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. This drink is packed with 20 grams of protein and 27 Vitamins and minerals. There are no artificial colors or sweeteners in this drink which is even better. Not only can you just drink this right out of the bottle you can use it in recipes from yummy drinks, desserts and more.
