[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boost smells good and have a very good taste.As a diabetic type 2 ,it is a little bit sweet, and it does have a distinctive chocolate flavor. I would probably not choose to use it very often because it is too sweet for my personal preference.I will use it every other month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of Boost Complete Nutritional Drink.I tried the Rich Chocolate flavor,which has a great taste.Easy to use shake,no mixing or blending.I just chilled the bottle and shake.Has 20 grams of protein,but 15 grams of sugar.Way to much sugar to start my day.

I have been drinking these every day for over almost 2 years and LOVED that it didn't have a gross after taste like every other Protein shake! Then you made a huge mistake and changed it to chocolate sensation...?!?! HORRIBLE AFTERTASTE now! Bring back Rich Chocolate!! This new one tastes like every other shake in the industry. The Rich Chocolate was SO MUCH BETTER.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Chocolate Mocha flavor. Overall: Strong mocha flavor, good protein payoff. I can't say this flavor will be a regular staple for me, because the coffee flavor is strong, but it's nice to mix things up a little. It has enough quality protein that it has helped fill gap times when I couldn't get the snack I needed to not suffer a glucose drop, but as always, protein drinks should never be a meal replacement unless your own doctor (in real, not on TV or YouTube) or a certified nutritionist providing you direct care is advising you. As an every now and then add-on or occasional post workout recovery drink, it's a good choice. Just be forewarned; it's more coffee flavored than chocolate, so if you don't like the bitterness of coffee, stick to the other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this for the first time post workout and it really was not to bad. It had a smoothy chocolate flavor and didn't have the funky aftertaste that so many of these kinds of drinks can have. I liked it. A lot of great stuff in it as well.

I’ve been drinking boost for years, and really loved it. It was a great on the go meal replacement, easy on the stomach, and had a decent taste unlike so many other drinks out there. Suddenly, I’ve gotten drinks with a new white cap, instead of the old red, and I’m very disappointed. I can only assume this is a new formula change, but I desperately hope it is changed back. When I first unknowingly drank the new formula, I checked the expiration date, because it tasted so off I assumed it must have expired (it hadn’t. . .). What made this drink so superior to its competitors was its taste, so I hope the formula will be changed back.
