I LOVE what is inside the bottle AND the ease of removing the outer cover. I have found many uses for the empty bottles. The other day a neighbor said he had a friend who produced bee honey and your bottles would be just the right size for giving friends samples.

To be honest I've been drinking Boost for years I love the stuff. I'm not good at taking vitamins or always eating the way I should. So I mainly drink these for the protein and vitamins. I received Boost in Rich chocolate and it was delicious without that chalky taste other similar drinks have. It contains 20 grams of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals. The only con of this product Is if your counting calories it's 250 calories for only 8 oz.however you are getting a significant amount of protein so that will totally depend on the users needs. As far as me I plan on still keeping it a part of my diet and using it as meal replacement when I skip breakfast instead of opting for cereal or donuts I highly recommend trying this product.its also great for a post workout treat!

It has a nice nutritional profile with 20 grams of protein as well. It is a good drink to have after a workout or even in place of breakfast in the morning. The only thing for me is I didn't notice a big boost in energy but overall this is a great drink!

I was thought it was nutritional balancing for older people. I was extremely surprised when this was 20 g of protein which is great but it’s also 250 cal which I thought was a little high for such a small amount but the taste was so creamy and thick and delicious. I love it. I’m trying to get my son to drink more and eat more high protein items and he likes this as well so this will make it our permanent rotation.

The flavor is chocolatey delish, just a tad too sweet with a slight Stevia after-taste. The texture is smooth and creamy. I have been trying to add more protein to my diet. This nutrient rich Boost Drink for Muscle Health & Energy has 20g of protein and will allow me to stay focussed on drinking my nutrients as opposed to taking pills/capsules everyday. Downsides: The calories (250), sugar (11g) and sodium (220mg) values are high for such a small serving. The packaging is excessive and difficult to open - sealed up in clear plastic then the top was sealed as well. Overall, I like it and will recommend/ purchase this high-quality protein drink in the future.

They're the perfect meal supplement for on the go - Super flavorful & taste just like a chocolate shake. Of course they're made by Nestle's so they have that delicious chocolate flavor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy drinking Boost products and this cafe mocha flavor was amazing, I loved the consistency and the taste, as protein it doesn’t taste chalky, I also liked the after taste, I enjoy drinking boost frozen, I freeze it for 30 minutes and you shake it and it’s ready to drink, it mind blown, I also drinking it chilled and room temperature. I highly recommend Boost.
