Sucralose aka Splenda is a no no in the health world. Very controversial. I gave this a 4 star because the mobility version has sucralose but this one doesn’t have the collagen! Come on boost, get your ingredients consistent and get rid of the bad stuff and add the good!

Was a nice thing to have when you need a little pick me up but not very hungry! Has good 26 vitamins and 20g. protein! Only draw back is the 15 grams of sugar, I am diabetic so have to watch my sugar intake! I would drink from time to time!

This eight fluid ounce bottle is a high protein drink with 20 g of protein 27 vitamins and minerals. The minerals included our biotin, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, selenium , copper manganese, calcium, iron, potassium , chromium, and pantothenic acids. There is 100% daily allowance of vitamin C, vitamin E, and 60% of vitamin D, amongst other vitamins. It has a deep chocolate taste with just a little hint of chalkiness. I find when it is very cold. It’s less notice noticeable. One of the reasons I took a star away is that does have 11 g of added sugar. It is also sweetened with Stevia. I am not sure the purpose of both ingredients coinciding. The bottle is plastic and recyclable. Easy to open. Boost is gluten-free and as stated as suitable for lactose intolerance, but not for individuals with galactosemia. It’s really good if you freeze a cup of plain yogurt and blend the frozen yogurt with one bottle of boost. Makes a very good healthy milkshake like smoothie.

The flavor was amazing and I love that it is has the nutrients I need to live a healthy lifestyle and the fact that it curbs my appetite. I drink one of these atleast 3-4 times a week, usually for a late breakfast or early lunch. I am looking forward to trying all the different flavors and am definitely addicted to these now and I love that I have more energy now that I haven't had in quite awhile!

It has 20 g of protein and 250 calories in an 8 ounce serving. I drink one for lunch and that’s all I need. Being a chocoholic I have usually found chocolate nutritional drinks to taste like chalk but this one does NOT taste chalky and has a great chocolate flavor. I highly recommend this drink if you’re wanting to add protein to your diet easily.

I liked the chocolately, rich flavor and the 15 grams of protein - a big plus for very active days. I also like the portability of this product, easy to grab and tuck into a tote bag. The only criticism I have is the 6 grams of fat, which I think is high and the lack of any fiber, which I consider an important nutrient in a supplemental product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boost is a good way to get protein as advised by my physician, my protein level were low that I needed to take 3 cans a day, this is a rich chocolate drink that doesn’t taste powdery or artificial, it’s really sweet tasting, it’s texture is thick. It’s packaged nicely not a tin can like it used to be, it can be effective when you need protein in your diet, I really like the way boost taste, packaged and the flavors they carry, I had the vanilla which is good too, it’s best when refrigerated, my next try will be the Cinnabon. The nutrients and nutritional value are on the package.
