The way they seal it to keep the freshness in, there is just enough to curb that chocolate craving, and without the taste of vitamins and minerals like other drinks carry. This will be an added staple to my home and diet.

Boost is creamy and delicious and gives a healthy, nutritious dose of energy without the jittery feeling I get from energy drinks that are mostly caffeine and sugar. It does not strongly taste of coffee and tastes more chocolate than coffee so it’s easier to drink if you don’t like the bitter taste of coffee. The label also comes cleanly off so it’s easy to recycle the container. I would drink this on a regular basis so I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick snack or a quick breakfast or lunch.

It tasted really good but it contains too much processed sugars with corn syrup being the 2nd ingredient and sugar being the 4th (that means there is a large serving of them, ingredients are listed in order of quantity in item). This makes is glorified thick sugar water. Hoping they make a more natural organic one or i'll stick to making my own protein shakes from scratch.

This is especially good for people who have trouble eating healthy. It's like drinking chocolate milk but getting nutrients. This is good to have on hand when running out the door, drink on the way to work, running errands, etc. I also drink this on the way home from the gym sometimes, good recovery drink.
