[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion this is the quickest and easiest way for me to get the protein that I need. I definitely don’t get enough protein with my usual diet. Along with protein it provides me with plenty of vitamins and minerals that I need. I actually really like the taste. It’s smooth and creamy and easy to drink. I especially like the chocolate flavor which tastes like a decadent treat to me. So tasty!

It has a nice nutritional profile with 20 grams of protein as well. It is a good drink to have after a workout or even in place of breakfast in the morning. The only thing for me is I didn't notice a big boost in energy but overall this is a great drink!

They're the perfect meal supplement for on the go - Super flavorful & taste just like a chocolate shake. Of course they're made by Nestle's so they have that delicious chocolate flavor. To me it was a little chalky and left a bad after taste. I do think I could deal with the texture if the product does help me to feel better.I haven't bought any since I got my sample to see if it was just a fluke in the texture or not.

I love that it has 20 grams of protein and is a good source of many vitamins and minerals. If I didn't know what it was, I'd have thought it was high grade chocolate milk. This Boost beverage is creamy and thick but overly so. It's my new favorite breakfast when I'm on the go!

I do like the vitamins and minerals and protein it has in it. It's offers a mix of essential nutrients I need. It can be used for on the go, easy to use, it's portable and it's packed with protein and vitamins. I have used it as a supplement meal replacement, so it done it's job for me. I wasn't hungry and I didn't get a headache from not eating either. The only thing I dont care for is the Chalky taste it leaves in your mouth.

When mom had a fall accident and lay on the floor for a day and a half, her strength was down. 2 weeks of rest and a boost or two a day along with her eating... she is back at least as good as before her accident. Thanks Boost ! Rumor has it the very vanilla is the best !!!
