We use honey in yogurt in the morning to smoking/cooking dinner, and this hot honey is sooooo good! It's great on chicken, bacon wrapped turkey tenderloins, and pork tenderloins. I even put it on fake (vegetarian) meat substitutes. We'll leave the regular honey for yogurt and keep this honey with just a touch of a bite for dinner!

It balances a great combination of sweetness and subtle spice, without being too sugary or too hot. I loved it on top of crostini, but it’s also just delicious on its own.

It’s also gray alone as a dipping sauce or mixed with mustard, for the same reason highly recommend.
