This is amazing becuase it leaves the honey texture. The consistency is perfect as well. I love the taste as well, best part is there's equal parts honey and chili, you get that first, sweet then spicy. I love it :)) best honey ever!!!

I especially enjoyed trying it on pizza, what a flavor combination. Texture was very much thick, honey. The flavor wasn't overly spicy either. You could taste the heat, without it burning tourmouth to the point of tasting nothing.

This was a HUGE hit. I used this to make some biscuits and added it into the batter and there was a single biscuit left at the end of the meal.
