[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nate’s Hot Honey is the perfect amount of heat and sweet, with a tiny tinge of vinegar to balance it out. What results is a good balance of flavors, none overpowering the other. It starts off immediately sweet like honey, and then the heat comes at the end, and builds the more you eat. So tastebuds suited for more mild heat can enjoy it, while also building up heat for those who like that. It is a little bit runnier than your standard honey, though, so be careful with pouring. Our family has enjoyed it most on deep fried chicken drumsticks and wings. Definitely something to eat with a fattier, crispier meat, or baked Brie. This would also go great on a charcuterie board.

I decided to try a drizzle of hot honey on my pizza, and it was delicious! The heat was definitely there, but I did not find it to be overpowering—just enough to add a little complexity. I’m looking forward to experimenting with this to find other tasty combos.

This honey does taste good with savoy and sweet things because you can feel the hotness from the honey. This honey taste good with wings, ribs, as dipping, etc… This honey isn’t hot, it is perfect and it is the perfect sweetness.

I love making chicken, broccoli, and rice bowls with mango and coconut and then a big drizzle of hot honey. It's great on pork chops, chicken, sweet potatoes, pizza, egg sandwiches and just about anything you can think of. This brand in particular is the perfect blend of spicy and sweet. I highly recommend this if you like hot honey!
