I love spicy foods so I thought why not use this sample and have some hot BBQ wings. I had two bowls-ones made with Nate’s Hot honey and store bought. My guests and I polished off the wings with Nate’s hot honey! We felt that there was enough of the sweet and spicy flavorings without being overwhelmed. Everyone was pleased and wanted to know where I got my bottle!

However, with that said it is also the one that tastes the most like actual honey with spices added instead of spices with a drop of honey. It has a great balance of sweet and spicy, not overpowering, and I would purchase this product!

I have never used hot honey before, but several of our adult kids have—and they were excited to see it in the kitchen. At our most recent pizza night, they put it on their pizza and gave Nate’s 2 thumbs up. My husband and I tasted I little. We were surprised that it was comfortable at first with a spicy aftertaste. That aftertaste was easily eliminated with a swallow of a beverage. We had water and soda that evening. We decided that we will buy Nate’s again, and keep it on hand. I see it being in my barbecue recipe. This “hot stuff” is good stuff!

It’s great to add to tea when you have a stuffy nose. It’s great to add to your yogurt. I love it like honey should be, but it has that fun spicy little kick to it.
