I drizzled the honey onto a spoon to sample it and it tasted so good that I just had to eat 2 spoonfuls of it! I don’t typically like spicy flavors but the sweetness of the honey helps balance it out. It definitely has a spicey kick to it. I appreciate that it’s Gluten Free and BPA Free. I also LOVE that it’s 100% pure honey, that’s very important to me. I would definitely buy this!!

As I am writing this, I am currently eating homemade chicken tenders drenched with Nate’s hot honey, over some homemade mac & cheese. Ooohoohhoooh. I have never had such beautiful unbelievable taste of honey so pure, perfectly infused. Give me 14 of them! I am in love, and I will definitely be having Nates hot honey in my dreams. I squeezed it onto a spoon and ate it directly. It was excellent! It has heat in it but not so much that its overpowering. It has such a richness to the honey. Then I added it to pizza as this was one of the suggestions on the bottle. I wasn't feeling like it would make a huge difference to the taste but was I wrong. It made the pizza taste so much better. It provides a depth of flavor that I hadn't had before on my pizza. Very good product!
