I was a bit of a honey snob because my family has a hive they harvest honey from each summer and it is so sweet and delicious. This hot honey really is so good! I am impressed. I have already had it on pizza, cajun corn, and hush puppies. It has the perfect spicy kick. Next I am going to try it on some grilled veggies.

This is so versatile for adding a sweet heat to almost anything - and I mean anything. I've used this on pepperoni pizza, goat cheese, fried chicken, and even cocktails for a sweet & spicy kick! It is the Perfect combo of sweet and heat. If you're looking to add a little kick to a dish, this is perfect. Made with nothing but the best ingredients, honey, White vinegar, and habanero chili pepper flakes. Simple and beautiful, just the way I like it. There are so many ways it can be used! Drizzle it over a salad, put it on the rim of a cocktail, dip your favorite treats into it, the ways are endless. You can even eat it by the spoonful! There was some heat, but not too intense. Balanced well with the sweet. My husband enjoyed it and used it on toast the next day. I would recommend to friends.

I can taste both the honey and the spice, so it's a good balance. We haven't figured out what food to try it on yet, so we just put drops on a finger tip to eat. I'm wondering how it will do in hot chocolate now that it's getting cool outside. My only complaint is that the spiciness stays on my tongue too long afterwards.

It's sweet and then gives you a SURPRISE spice afterward. We have tried it on toast and rubbed it on pork chops and smoked them. It has an amazing flavor and texture.

I don't normally like spicy food but just a little on a piece of toast was delicious. My husband really liked the heat and will have it on his toast from now on also on his sopapillas the next time I fry some up.
