We decided to make a marinade out of Nate's Hot Honey and put it on some chicken to BBQ with. It was pretty spicy but it also had a nice sweet taste. I think it was a little too spicy for me but my husband loved it. He couldn't get enough ha. We are thinking of new ways to try it out already!

I like to bake my wings with it and also pork chops. It taste great, my kids loved it too. I have the original honey and this definitely flavors my cooking.

We initially tasted a couple drops, to get an idea of the flavor and what it would taste good with. Initial consensus was it is smooth, sweet with a little bit of a kick. It is not so spicy, that you need to chase it with anything. It’s just the right amount of spice to compliment the sweetness, rendering a palatable flavor. My family likes it in Asian foods and to flavor meats.
