[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Nate’s Hot Honey free of charge from PinchMe! I was so excited to try this honey and it did not disappoint! It was so delicious! I immediately ordered a pie of pizza to pair it with! It’s my favorite combo! The honey was sweet but with a spicy kick. It wasn’t an overpowering spicy, but just enough to feel the flame! I loved how simple the ingredients were and that the honey was pure and amazing quality! I’m excited to pair this product with different meals since I love sweet with a kick of spicy and this serves as the perfect condiment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a good honey flavor with a bit of spice at the end. I enjoy honey and use it all the time, however, the spice limits the use cases for it. It's great on brussell sprouts. I'll have to be more creative to figure out other ways to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free as part of a PINCHme sample box. I have had another brand of hot honey, so I am using that as my comparison basis. Nate's Hot does not have an equal balance and seems to leave a bitter taste when it hits the back of your tongue. Does not seem to have much heat (I'm a weakling when it comes to spicy). In a pinch, this honey will work, but it will not be my first pick.

I've only had hot honey out at restaurants before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The honey was more liquid than a lot of honey products, (think KFC honey consistency) so it was easy to spread and mix. The heat was a pleasant surprise. It's a very unique flavor profile & I can't wait to use it in a bunch of sauces.

We initially tasted a couple drops, to get an idea of the flavor and what it would taste good with. Initial consensus was it is smooth, sweet with a little bit of a kick. It is not so spicy, that you need to chase it with anything. It’s just the right amount of spice to compliment the sweetness, rendering a palatable flavor. My family likes it in Asian foods and to flavor meats.
