STARTED RIGHT UP. JUST WAITING TO GO WITH RV TO TRY OUT RAN VERY QUIET THOUGHT I MEASURED RIGHT BUT GAS CAP MAKES IT 3/4 INCH HIGHER THEN I FIGURED.

I like the duel fuel. The remote start is great to be able to start in my camper in the summer time at night. The generator is especially quit. Would recommend to my friends. Ronald Imm

Had it for a couple of months and other than running it for a few hours I haven't really got to use it. But so far so good! Seems to be a really nice generator.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago on anticipation of hurricane season. Haven't used it under stress, hopefully won't need to, but given the easy setup and testing I am more than confident it will be just what I need.

I received this Generator 5 days ago and I am very happy with it so far. It runs very quite and supplies power to my travel trail with no problem It is a little heavy for me alone but two people can handle it fine.

Bought a pair of these to run in parallel, the features seemed amazing and it was exactly what I was looking for to power my RV. But one of the pair of generators kept overloading right out of the box while the other operated perfectly. I managed to isolate the issue to the motor of one of the pair and am now in the process of making a warranty cliam. Very disappointed to have to deal with this while my family is trying to enjoy camping. Now we are delayed while Westinghouse deals with this, lord only knows how long that will take.

This generator has some very welcome features - such as the handy pull-bar, double lifting handles, and wheels that make it easy to move around. In addition, it is very quiet with plenty of power for most common applications. The remote makes it easy to start and stop the generator while working with power tools on a project, thus avoiding the necessity of constantly going back-and-forth to the machine. The process of adding oil is a bit of a pain, requiring one to unscrew the funnel, then screw in the filler plug, screw the funnel back in, and so on, to check the level of the oil as it's being added. Otherwise, it seems to be very well-built and is attractive to look at, as well.

We just purchased this generator to provide power for our camping trailer at rustic campsites. We wanted one with enough capacity to allow us to use the air conditioner. At no load the noise level is great though the noise increases as load is added, still running a shop vac as a load the noise from the shop vac was much louder than the generator. It is still much quieter, smaller and lighter than the generator I use at home to run power tools outside. The wheels and carry handle are a big help though its still heavy to lift into the bed of my truck. Out of the box added oil and gasoline. Initially wouldn't start after 2 tries with remote and 1 with push button (6 tries total) and 2 with pull cord, flooded it. Let it set for about 30 minutes and it started right up with remote. After sitting for a week tried starting it twice with the remote (4 tries total) but it wouldn't start probably flooded again. After 30 minutes started right up. Looking forward to using it at the campsite!

Engine oil found on the unit when I removed the plastic. Strap to hold the battery was hard to find. Once I did find it, it was severed during shipping and I was unable to use it which was disappointing. Other than that, we finished running it for the 5 hour break-in period and all seems to be working fine.

Product shopped without battery. Lots of confusion why and what jas to be done. Manual makes no reference to battery ( model no etc) however the product clearly has a cover and space for that. One wonders if you can start the unit as shipped or missing parts must ne purchased separately.
