I really like this generator. It’s super quiet, the design is awesome and it’s super easy to transport thanks to it’s handle and the wheels. At first it didn’t start after I put the oil and the gas, so I checked the spark plug that apparently wasn’t connected properly but after that it started right away. The remote is a really nice feature!

I use a generator only a few times a year. So many times I have seen people having trouble starting their generator after sitting for long time due to usually carburetor issue. I am glad that this one uses propane. Now I don't have to worry about generator not starting from carburetor issue. It also is battery operated and makes it easier to start, and it also has remote controller. It is quiet and comes with two USB chargers. It is very user friendly. Well made machine! I am going to take it to my camping trip, and will be using it during hurricane season. Now I can bring all my electric tools on my trip. Oh, by the way I had hard time locating serial number, It was not on the generator. I found it on a sticker stuck on the front page of user's manual. It doesn't say it is serial number, but I just guessed then what other number would it be? I used this number to register and website took it.

We used this for one night, ran it for 15 minutes and then when we went to turn iton again it was dead. The battery arrived dead, so it needed to run longer in order to charge up. However this took a day to figure out, called customer service 800 # put in a ticket. Lady who took info nice, but had no idea how to help. No one ever called/emailed back on our ticket, it came with the wrong manual. So after downloading the correct manual we realized we could plug it in to our car to charge the battery, one hour later, we were able to start it. Rough first time, but I think it will be fine. SUPER quiet! I would like another month to review this, but I want the cover now, so one night and review it is!

Easy to set up, working great so far. The multi function display is super convenient. Powers our travel trailer air conditioner without breaking a sweat. We had a 2200 W generator before, and we have a soft-start device on the A/C, so it would usually start, but it would not run well on really hot days. The iGen4500DFc has so much power and the dual-fuel option is fantastic to have. Electric & remote start work great.

Recieved generator, packaging was good, no damage, everything included that was supposed to be. Unboxed, read manual, added oil, started on propane, cranked about 5 seconds, then started, first time, starts up immediatly every time after. Runs great, did not have choke problem, remote start works good, nice feature

A lot quieter than expected. Ran great out of the bow once fuel, oil and battery connection taken care of as outlined in startup guide. I don’t know if these generators are pre-tested at factory. The gas fill was wet with fuel and oil dip stick had oil on it. There was no sign of use on tires or any where else. Pleased so far.

I bought the generator in July to prepare for an outage. Lost electricity in August so had to put to use. It is a great product! Directions straight forward. I am outside hearing my neighors gens, but this one is easy to start and for a generator, pretty quiet. Love the remote start!

This generator has clean power and will run all my necessities during a black out. My 5 saltwater reef tanks, TV, Internet, lights and refrigerator are all able to run with this generator. It's size is smaller than I expected and the noise level is much lower than most gas generators. Set up was very easy and the electronic start remote was perfect to start the generator from inside the house. The dual fuel allows me to keep propane on hand then fill gas cans when the power goes out.

This is a great generator for the $ however we had an issue with filling the oil because the dipstick was obstructed by a screw sticking out in front of it making it extremely difficult to remove and replace. Aside from that we have ran it for only about 2.5 hours so far and it has worked as it should. I like that it has an easy push button start. Overall a good generator.

First one I bought was recalled, but the service was great in order to get it replaced. I have not used it much yet, but bought it so that I could use it with my 30Amp camper and the dual fuel to be able to use the propane tanks with the camper. The generator is fairly quiet. Since you are not supposed to store the generator on the back end, I would recommend a future design change on the rolling handle. It's a little difficult to extend and retract being so close to the ground, but it's a minimal thing. The remote start/stop is great.
