It's sheer joy to wake up in the morning, press a button, generator starts, and the Keurig makes coffee. We wanted 2 things, dual fuel and remote start. This generator has both and is reasonably priced. Our only concern is a slight miss which we think could be due to high altitude.

Like life or collision insurance, I hope I never have to use this large and powerful inverter. It seems to be so well made, compact for its 11000 W capacity. I am waiting for my electrician to make the propper connections. I also like the flexibility of fuel supply

Just got this unit to run parallel with my iGen 2500. I am adding high altitude kits to both generators since I’m in Colorado at almost 6,000 ft. Look forward to getting lots of use out of these and being ready for any power outages. Gotta keep that refrigerator and freezer chest running.

This is a great generator, even if Westinghouse likes to call it "inverter' in its good included manual. All other previous comments I agree with, So 4 Stars why ? Well here is the INFO needed. The 30 amp output is NOT A 3 PRONG TWIST LOCK, as nearly all 'generators' come with, but is a TT 30r outlet, 30 amp travel trailer. Yeah it's in the manual. However all past generators, for me, have had a 3 prong twist lock (L5 30p) outlet. SO you need and adaptor TT 30r to L5 30p twist lock. Now all your cords will plug right in for power. This is also really meant to be set out all alone with a long card. As I have yet to figure how to add a tail pipe to the exhaust system from my motorhome's extended bumper mounting. It is nearly 200 pounds lighter then the 5000watt Onan it replaces. : ) And may I ask Who the Heel has the employee try to hide the Serial number to where you need lay down or have helper tip the thing near on end ? But yes I certainly recommend this Inverter : )

I recently purchased mine and used it to power my RV. The electric start on it has saved my arms and shoulders the brutal beating most recoil starters give me. The remote makes it even better especially when it is raining and no one wants to go outside to turn it off. The only thing I would like to see in the future is that it be a little bit more compact in size and weight. It be easier to secure in a truck tool box and not be chained down in the back of the truck.

Easy to set up, no assembly. Only need to add the oil they give you and plug in the battery that’s also included. I’m running it on propane to use for camping and it’s decently quiet just slightly louder than the more expensive Hondas. Runs an electric cooktop easily. I feel like the pull handle should be made of metal and possibly the wheels made a little larger to be better at going up and down steps, but it works as intended!

I bought two of these instead of paying for the ONAN 5500 option on my new Grand Designs 5th Wheel. About 1/3 the price, nearly twice the Wattage and double the amperage when joined together with the Westinghouse cord. They fit easily in the bay where the ONAN would have sat, with room to spare! Runs all three AC units, water heater, fridge, etc... without any issues. Dual Fuel a bonus as well! Definitely pay attention to the specs for jetting based on altitude. Comes from factory jetted for under 2000'. I live at 6000' so had to swap out jets in carbs and nozzles on regulartors for propane. Super quiet, ultra portable, such a great value!

This product came in clutch. We were recently hit with hurricane Milton and without power. We were able to unbox and have the unit running within 30 minutes of delivery. The quick start directions are simple to follow the propane assembly is easy to put together. It was much quieter than a traditional generator which was great when sleeping with windows open.

I just received this generator two days ago, but my initial impression is good. I added oil, plugged battery in, hooked up propane, and fired it up. It ran smooth and quiet. I plugged in a 1500w electric heater and it handled it no problem. So far I’m happy with my purchase.

Great overall unit for home and camping power needs. I bought this unit about two weeks ago, startup was easy with easy to understand instructions. Unit performs as advertised and is surprisingly quite for its size and output. Perfect size to support all loads in my trailer including the air conditioning with capacity to spare. Love it so far!!!
