After trying for months to find a retailer that had this unit available, we finally found it & I am glad we did! Extremely handy unit…. Easy to use and great features! I love the gas or propane options as well ( that was the major reason I wanted this specific unit!) it’s quiet and just gives me peace of mind knowing I have it to rely on! Westinghouse is a trusted name and the warranty is one of the best too!

It came today, and it was easy to take out of the box. I love the wheels, and it seems it is very easy to make it work. I look forward to this hurricane season with a dual fuel generator that can run a small a/c unit, plus other items. Hope I do not need, but it is wonderful that I have it, just in case.

Recently bought this generator after weeks of research. Very pleased with purchase and would definitely recommend it to others. Lightweight compared to other generators with low noise level. Easy to start and provides plenty of power to run most of our household lighting, appliances,..etc.

Exactly what I expected. This unit is reliable, quiet by comparing to most and gives me piece of mind. We have a lot of power outages. Can't say why since we live in the city, but it happens a lot. Sometimes for an hour, sometimes longer. Having this generator has given me tremendous piece of mind. We have several propane tanks used for our BBQ and patio heaters. I love that I can just grab one without any mess, press a button on the generator remote and we're off running. Dual Fuel is the way to go!!!

After hurricane Helene decided to finally get a generator. Just took it for a test run and works great. The three methods of starting it are great (manual pull cord, start button on unit and remote start key fob). All the different power connections make it extremely versatile. Dual fuel (propane and gas) means we can can keep a propane tank ready for immediate use and then refuel based on what’s available. We are ready for next power outage.

Just reviewed the second, and this is now the 3rd. After putting oil and gas and connecting the battery, this baby didn’t start as expected. Concerned I fooled around and realize I didn’t have it in Gasoline selection. After switching it to gasoline, hit the button and the gen started right up. These units are quiet and efficient. The only issue I have with the very first generator is that I left the charger in full time destroying the battery. That was my fault as the instructions says to only charge once a month if the unit is stored. These generators are for emergency so I only use nonethenol gas when I run them. This will save the engine from gumming up.

I wanted a dual fuel inverter generator as it is so much quieter. I had initial issue keeping it going but only because I didn’t use the whole bottle of oil to get it filled. I love that it starts right up w a push of a button. I love how much quieter it is than my previous generator. I also love the digital display showing fuel and wattage.

I initially went with a different brand for a dual fuel generator but I'm glad it didn't work out. The Westinghouse fires up immediately and purrs quietly. I haven't used this that much yet (bought it for emergency use) but I believe it's going to serve me well when the time comes.

Easy to prep for first run. Started easily. I like the battery trickle charger. Over all very nice unit. The reason I gave this unit a four is that it louder the specified. Specified as "as low as 52db" but un-loaded with eco-mode on I measured 75db at 6ft

I replaced my Champion generator of equal size and features with this one and I'm quite pleased! It's much quieter and is quite efficient and very easy to use. A lot of thought and engineering went into this machine. Even keeping up with maintenance is easier due to the display and design. I highly recommend!
