I bought this generator to run the 13500 BTU AC and various other things in my RV when boondocking. Unbelievably quiet and easy to transport. Love the dual fuel option. Looking forward to many trips to the treeline with this one!

I bought this 7/30/2021 I have not opened it till today. (9/1/2021) I ran it through some tests and it pass with no problems. I still need to run it for a long period of time but as of now it's great.

Some body body panels were not properly lined up out of the box but were minor adjustments. Just doesn’t speak well for quality. Regardless, I just care how well it operates on the long term which still remains to be seen.

Just completing the initial break-in period. Generator was simple to setup, prep, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. Pull start model started on the second pull. Very impressed so far!

The unit performs flawlessly while being quiet. I bought it for tailgating and powering my RV while camping at locations without power. Couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this product.

runs really good and quiet. lots of power. only issue I have is the battery does not hold its charge for longer than 5 hours. pain in the butt when you are supposed to have the luxury of auto start

I first bought the iGen4000 generator which immediately "tripped" when putting a load on it (turning AC on). So, returned it and bought the iGen5000 which had no difficulty running AC, toaster, etc. in my RV.

Opened box, hooked up battery, fill with supplied oil, attached propane and started up with key fob. No issues- super easy. Looking forward to using it in the backcountry.

It runs great! It is quiet and runs very smooth. I love the remote and dual fuel feature on the IGen 4500 df. I have used this at home and on my camper. I would purchase again.

Just bought this not to long ago but I'm already very happy with it. The remote start is definitely a great feature. The dual fuel makes it to where I know I'll always have something to run it on. Specially during a freak winter storm.
