Although I have not had a chance to use this product yet, it seems like a perfect fit for my intended use. It is rated for a pretty good amount of watts, It has a better fuel consumption rating, the noise output level, it's small and relatively lightweight when compared to other inverter/generator in its wattage category

I have had this for a couple weeks. Seems to be good generator. The dual fuel feature is great and seems to work seemlessly. The generator started about half way through the first pull. I also like how the digital data center tells you everything you need to know

My first IGen generator had a recall on the unit and was sent a new generator which did not start on gas. Customer service was very helpful and was able to get me a new one quickly which has been working well. Prior to the recall unit the generator was working well and was used on several camping trips this year. The lighter weight is nice without sacrificing quality. Very easy set-up and I especially like the ability to start the unit with the key fob from the trailer without having to go to the unit when needing to run the microwave for a short period. The unit is quieter than most generators. I picked this unit for the portability and ability to wheel it to a given location and it has not disappointed.

I just needed a generator to power a handful of circuits in my house (fridge, gas furnace, etc...), and this fit the bill. Quiet enough not to bother the neighbors, but enough power for what I need. The dual fuel option is nice to have if necessary. I added oil and it started up first try. I've only run it for a few hours to break it in, but so far very impressed.

Exactly what I expected. This unit is reliable, quiet by comparing to most and gives me piece of mind. We have a lot of power outages. Can't say why since we live in the city, but it happens a lot. Sometimes for an hour, sometimes longer. Having this generator has given me tremendous piece of mind. We have several propane tanks used for our BBQ and patio heaters. I love that I can just grab one without any mess, press a button on the generator remote and we're off running. Dual Fuel is the way to go!!!

I purchased this in July of 2022. Started right up - right out of the box. Will admit that the oil fill location is a bit hard to navigate. Made a mess trying to fill. Have used on some light duty activities - works great. Have connected to my camper - will run all appliances and the AC unit and only works the genset at about 40%. Has been a little hard starting in cold weather - but not an issue. Did a good bit of research to find something that was quiet when running next to the camper. You barely hear this. In fact the AC on the camper makes more noise. At 10 feet away - about 65db. Would definitely recommend this unit. Oh and great to have the pull handle to maneuver around

It's first use was to recharge batteries on my camper, and to provide a source of 30amp service. It work flawlessly and was very efficient and quieter than expected. The ranger had no problem with it running all evening if it was needed. I ran it both on propane and regular gas with no issues. I would highly recommend this for anyone needing a 30 amp power source. Respectfully, Gary B.

Say one. Did as the manual instructed, filled with the supplied oil, filled with gasoline. Then some had suggested run without load, then mixed load, power off & cool down, and repeat a couple of time. On the 30 amp load ran for a good while then just shutdown. would not restart. Called the support line, and it appeared to have too much oil. Manual very unspecific on where exactly to stop. Would be nice to say "put in 10 ounces, put in 2 cups, not keep putting in oil AND screwing in and out the dip stick 8 times until you think it's good. Anyway. Got it running again and 10 min later died again. By this time to late in day to mess with it anymore. Testing at home and very glad I wasn't on a trip somewhere. Recommending for now. Will wait and see how it turns out to update review.

I brought generator right home and couldn't wait to get it running. Just select your fuel and start it up. Runs nice and quiet. Plenty of AC power. Easy to move around with attached handle. Plus, you can't beat the remote start/stop. Especially when it's raining.

After a great deal of research and purchasing (then returning) a bigger, louder competing brand, we are thrilled and extremely impressed with our Westinghouse iGen4500DF Inverter Generator. It is extremely well made, well packaged, clearly well supported, and purrs like a kitten at all power settings. We use it as a backup power source for our entire home, are able to take it with us on the road, and love the user friendly features. Win win win win. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.
