Product is what I expected and when it was all hooked up it started on the second try. Like the LED read out but can get the hours read out to work. Everything I expected and looking forward to years of use. Nothing requiring immediate attension. except... Recieved product a little beat up but not so much I would reject. Even opened the box to look for the obvious and found none. After installing the battery I notice the front panel screws were not all the way "in" and appears that they had work done after left the factory..Partly stripped Phillips screws. No way to prove but may need some QA at the factory. The issue was they were cross threaded. Took out, chased them and reinstalled OK. Instruction to hook up propane non existent except to install to propane tank. Added the oil about 25% came back out. Must have had some oil in the engine from factory

Waited months and months for this! There is nothing else like it on the market so I decided to just wait. Wow, everything works fantastic and it is SOOOO QUIET!! I will be using mine exclusively on propane. The keyfob remote starts it right up, the power meter scans thru all the data to keep you informed of it's performance, it's easy to move around with the "suit case handle" that pulls out. As long as it holds up under normal and well cared for use this will be a true winner! I am wondering... -There is gas smell in the tank from factory test? Should I keep a small amount of gas in there with Stabil additive or something so it doesn't clog? I was hoping it would be clean and I would just never add gas. -Also, does anyone know of a way to monitor battery voltage and have it start and stop the gen? If I could figure something to work the keyfob automatically that would do it.

I tested this inverter generator as soon as it arrived and it powered my RV on both propane and gas. All features worked as they should ... I really like the start/stop remote control, the rather low weight, carry handles, etc. Here's to hoping it lasts for several year.

It started with ease out off the box after connecting battery, adding fuel and oil. Have used with gas and propane with no issues. Very quiet even under load. Wife and daughter both find it easy to use which makes me happy and confident it will be used and help during a power outage or emergency.

We love the remote start. But honestly the design and compact dimensions of the Westinghouse digital inverter generator was our first draw to the product. We have been researching generators for some time, and are happy we chose the dual fuel Westinghouse. Shipping was excellent, packaged well and generator was easy to set up. We did watch some videos online, and suggest to others to do the same. Very happy with purchase.

I have not been able to use it on my Travel Trailer yet. But, so far so good. I received my generator fast, and came un damaged. I connected my LP tank to it, really easy set-up. Started up on the second push of the start button. Ran a little rough for the first minute or two, then smoothed out. I would recommend this generator.

Hello. I just bought the IGEN4500DF generator. The only thing that does not satisfy me is the remote control. She doesn't always succeed in stopping the generator .... Sometimes I have to press several times before I can stop it. Up to 10 shots. I spoke to Westinghouse about it ... awaiting their response.

I purchased this generator primarily for RVing after camping next to someone that was using the same model to power their camper. My Onan generator was much louder. This unit is quiet and efficient and I love the ability to run on a tank of propane instead of being dependent on gasoline only. I definitely recommend this unit.

I just needed a generator to power a handful of circuits in my house (fridge, gas furnace, etc...), and this fit the bill. Quiet enough not to bother the neighbors, but enough power for what I need. The dual fuel option is nice to have if necessary. I added oil and it started up first try. I've only run it for a few hours to break it in, but so far very impressed.

Compared several models from different companies. Feature for feature the iGen5000DFc beat the others for me. I like the dual fuel capability as it provides flexibility. It seems very well built. That said, I hope we don't need it but so glad we have it if / when we do.
