I bought 2 iGen4500DF so I could parallel them for my Rv and they work great. I wasn't sure about running them on propane but I'm very happy with the performance of the generator when ran on propane. It is super quiet and there is almost no exhaust odor when ran on propane. Paralelled together both generators handle the load of my RV even while running both 15,000BTU Air Conditioners. I couldn't be more pleased with both the quality and price.

I purchased this model a year ago and there was a recall on mine. They paid for the return of the first one and shipped a brand new unit immediately. I used the first one over 50 hours through the summer and it worked flawlessly running my house power including a 12,000 BTU room air conditioner. The new one has been broken in know and ready for more PG&E power shut off's this summer. I highly recommend this unit for its power output and the low noise level when running.

Just received and ran for an hour. Varied the wattage that was plugged in. Ran well at all levels. East to set up and started on first try. Looked at a lot of reviews before purchasing. Plan on using this on my Grand Design Trailer. Very quiet as advertised.

I bought this generator to help get through an extended power outage. I liked that is was dual fuel as I wanted to run off propane cylinders as the last generator I had always had carburetor problems due to old gas. This generator was rated as quiet but didn't know what that meant in the real world. I was very pleased. I set it up just outside our back door and it fired right up. Closed the door and all I could hear inside was a gentle hum. Right now it's running 2 refrigerators, all lights, and TV's in the house. I didn't know it came with a remote start but have to say it was a HUGE bonus. We can turn it off when we go to bed at night and start it back up in the morning without leaving the house! We have an old motorhome and the generator was trash so we've only camped where we can get shore power. But this little beauty is going in! It's light enough that I can pick it up and put on the slide out tray. It comes with a collapsable handle like on suit cases so it's very easy to move around (they need to show in promotional pics and packaging as its a strong selling point).

Just delivered today, looks great. I love the dual fuel feature, electric start, and remote start. We had a power outage a few weekends ago. I borrowed a generator but could not get gas because the stations didn't have the power to pump. Thus the dual-fuel, I have extra propane tanks for the BBQ. I plan to fire it up this weekend.

I've put less than 10 hours on the unit. Overall, it seems to be performing well. I don't like the sun fade in the plastic that occurred after 1 day of use, but mechanically everything seems fine. The cover on the engine compartment was over torqued from the factory and difficult to remove. The instructions say to fill the oil reservoir with the enitre bottle that is provided, but that is bad info because it completely overflows and makes a mess if you try to put the whole bottle in.

I originally purchased the gas version. I has a display problem right out of the gate. I took it back and ordered the Dual Fuel. I had to wait for 6 weeks to get it, but I'm glad I did. This unit came well packaged and just about ready to roll. Connect the battery, add oil and gas (propane or gas) and your done. The only complaint I have is the oil. It comes with a nice fill spout but..... I know every unit is test run and requires oil for that. But, you should make sure to drain all oil. I had a bit of a over flow problem and it made a mess. Did not know I was over filling until I removed the oil fill tube. Not the end of the world but none the less a pain to clean up.

Perfect size generator for my camper, really like the dual fuel feature, and the fact that you can switch from one fuel to the other while is running. Remote start very handy. So far works great!! Many features I have not seen on other generators, Good job Westinghouse.

I had a small old generator that sounded like a semi using air brakes. And it would only run one or two small items, like lamps. Having the dual fuel, more power, wheels and handle, and quiet running capabilities makes life in an emergency much easier.

I bought this in 2021 after waiting months to get it due to production and supply chain delays. Great unit and worked beautifully for years. Recently had to replace battery and then had starting issues. Very difficult to find replacement parts. Ultimately fixed, but found carb cover overtightened or poorly manufactured. Pay attention to service manual revisions and different part numbers. Still great unit and happy with the purchase.
