Nicely done

I haven't even run my generator yet but I can tell already it meets my expectations and then some. Well packaged with very clear instructions and Westinghouse thought of it all! Attention to small details are important particularly to military members. I'm getting a second one!

Compact, "Duel Fuel"!!

I purchased this generator/inverter after losing power during a series of storms. I selected it based on compact size, wattage, electric start but primarily because it will run on both gasoline and propane. I've had small engine trouble (15 hp Yamaha outboard) due to ethanol fuel separation after storage. Since this generator is only for occasional use, and I always have fresh propane for my BBQ, the "Duel Fuel" capability sealed the deal. I'm still breaking it in, so I can't comment yet on longevity. Very pleased with purchase!!

Great item at an awesome price

Researched invertor generators and discovered this is one of the highest rated. So many features (remote or electric start, size, and dual fuel) and at a very reasonable price, it even fits under the hard cover on my truck pick-up bed. This will work for camping and emergency home use.

iGen4500DF

I purchased this to run the fridge, a couple of blowers for the heat and not much else. The connection to the house will be made in a couple of weeks because of electrical supply problems It is going to be used for emergencies and yet it is portable enough to take with us when we are traveling and we want some power. I like that it is dual fuel but we hope to only use it with the propane.

Quick and easy starting process

I bought this generator for use with our RV trailer. Generator powered up all our most important appliances with amps to spare. Easy start up process instructions. Didn't take long to test after unboxing it and prepping generator to start it and turn it on. Glad I bought it.

Just what this single lady needed

I bought this bc I couldn't even start (by pull cord) the first generator (a Champion 2500 that Camping World sold me 🙃). I bought this bc it has electric start AND remote! Also this 4000 is strong enough to power the AC in my little 22ft trailer. And while I think it's 20 lbs heavier than the champion, it still 40+ lbs lighter than any other inverter generator I could find. I'm thrilled with this unit!

Nice Job!

I bought this from Amazon and it came quickly. I opened up all access points and checked it over for loose wires or damage in shipping, found nothing wrong and added the oil. I haven't had any outages since it came, but I ran it for two hours, on gas and on propane, and it ran well, powering a portable heater at different loads. I am a little concerned about draining the oil when the time comes. The manual that came with the generator said to tip the generator to one side with the fill plug out and let it drain back out. That seems like it will get all over the inside of the case. The online manual suggests that there is a small bolt to remove just above the rubber plug in the bottom. That may be better. Time will tell.... Anyway, I am ready for our next power outage.

What buy another

Sweewt, all around start up and operation. No issues moving around and enough watts to support our camper. Only issue was the battery strap was off and I was unable to get the to hook and stay on on both sides. Did not apprear that that was any latch or hook there to connect.

Quiet

I just started and ran the generator for 30 minuted on propane and it performed well. I was surprised how quiet it is. It ran 12 feet from the kitchen and with the windows closed you cannot hear this thin. The 600 ml of oil supplied is too much, it overfills the compartment so do not pour it all in. Happy so far.

rv off grid

I did a lot of research on off grid RV generators. This machine is the answer to all you will need off grid. I operate multiple tools while powering the camper, with the air running. We can run directly to the rv with ease, or utilize the gen to recharge battery bank. It has a remote start with a load sensor, this is wonderful, as the generator will throttle up and down according to load. And to top it off, the dual fuel is another double feature, we are very happy with this equipment
