I bought this product about 2 months ago, and when the largest winter storm in recent Midwest history started to head our way I was confident my family would be warm. With the dual fuel feature I had multiple options to run. Setup out of the box was quick and easy. The electric start is a super convince and the battery charger is great ensuring I have no problems.

I bought this from Amazon and it came quickly. I opened up all access points and checked it over for loose wires or damage in shipping, found nothing wrong and added the oil. I haven't had any outages since it came, but I ran it for two hours, on gas and on propane, and it ran well, powering a portable heater at different loads. I am a little concerned about draining the oil when the time comes. The manual that came with the generator said to tip the generator to one side with the fill plug out and let it drain back out. That seems like it will get all over the inside of the case. The online manual suggests that there is a small bolt to remove just above the rubber plug in the bottom. That may be better. Time will tell.... Anyway, I am ready for our next power outage.

Just purchased the iGen 4500DFc and received it very quickly. No damage . Box was in excellent condition p on arrival. Everything was included exactly as stated. Simple to prep and start. Started right away on LP. Seems like a good quality product. I am very pleased.

Bought this on 16 Sep 2021, delivered on 21 Sep. Added oil and started it right up on propane. Haven't run it on gas yet. Ran through the 5-hour break-in period while varying loads, etc. Will run everything at once on my camper! 14.5K AC, microwave, fridge-- everything organic to the camper! Quiet, and low-pitched noise so it isn't irritating. Very pleased do far. Only negative is I believe it is about 10 lbs heavier than advertised. It's a good 109 lbs out of the box with oil, no gas.

Not wanting to get caught in another winter storm in North Texas we decided to purchase the iGen4500DF… this little unit is awesome! Set-up is simple and takes just minutes… once we added oil into the generator and connected the battery cables she fired right up. We had tested the unit out by connecting various electrical devices and she purred like a kitten… steady clean electricity. I’m not looking forward to another power outage in North Texas but if it comes we’re ready thanks to our little iGen4500DF.

I ordered it and it was shipped in 2 days turnaround, I'm very excited to have purchased this dual fuel because my 10K is gas powered in the event we need to relocate we can load this unit and some propane and oil, and we're set you can get any better. We looked at others but this one won hands down and the pullout handle was the icing to moving the unit around without it hitting your heels, the remote and service tools was a bonus I just put the supplied oil in connected the propane line opened and checked for leaks and started it up, manual, remote and push start switch unit started up with no problem. "Great job Westinghouse" a solid name I can remember coming up in the 60s, you haven't lost your touch in providing a product that performs well, have the right power and weight for it size and lastly performance and price of this unit

I only just received this this generator and have done some light break-in with it at this point and testing all the functionality. The build quality is very good and the packaging was great. I have used gas generators for years and this is my first inverter and tri-fuel generator. Looking forward to the use of propane and not having to shuttle gas all the time. Really impressed with how quiet this generator is. I could literally stand within a few feet and have a normal conversation. Time will tell, but I specifically ordered this to charge my Anker Solix F3800s during an extended power outage. The F3800s need clean power which this generator has at <3% THD.

Bought to protect my aquarium investment due to frequent power outages. It's quiet, efficient and produces steady clean power. I plan on buying another one and link them to double the generating capacity. Just make sure you read the instructions!!

Seems really nice, it is louder than I expected. According to the DB rating on the website it should not be any louder than Honda 2200 inverter. But it is definitely louder. The choke was manually on so it ran rich till I figured that out. After turning the manual choke off it would not start on its own. The electric choke was apparently unhooked out of the control board. (Note picture) I called customer service on a Sunday morning and they answered the phone so I’m really impressed with that! Told me what the issue more than likely was and they were correct. Now it starts great. The air filter wasn’t seated properly so it was going to suck dirt. Luckily the manual choke was on so while I was addressing that issue I had the side cover off I decided to look at the air filter to see how quality it looked. Overall it seems really nice. I haven’t really used it yet so time will tell! Price was reasonable compared to the Honda, but the quality isn’t there. More options though, if it came down to it I’d still buy the Westinghouse again. Time will tell!

3 prong, 30V electric or manual start. Will allow for boon docking in our 16’ teardrop trailer. Key fab for remote starting. Love that it is duel fuel, two different handles for ease of moving on wheels/very sturdy! Inverter generator for clean power (for electronics). Living in Texas, if the power grid fails again in the winter or summer, we will have a way to at least have heat/fans and keep the fridge running while charging our phones.
