I BOUGHT THIS INVESTOR IN JUNE AND I HAVE SOME PROBLEMS: 1. When I turn on the generator I have to press the start button twice or three times in both mode (GAS/Propain) to start. 2. When I connect a 12BTU (9.5 Amp) AC UNIT and then try to connect a fridge the inverter turns off, the amp consumption does not reach 18amps and the Overload Light never turn it on. WHAT CAN I DO, WHAT COULD I CHECK? SPARK, CARBURATOR?

We needed a generator for our new travel trailer and this one checked so many of the boxes! Many of our friends have the other well-known brand, but we really liked the features on this generator, especially the power, dual-fuel feature and that it's quiet. And the blue color matches the trim on our trailer!

I recently received the generator as a gift to replace a conventional (non-inverter) generator. I set the generator up according to the directions and ran it using the propane feature. I tested all three starting methods (pull cord, electric start and remote) and found it ran great and is very quiet compared to my old one. I look forward to using it in the field.

My primary use for this to power the 5th while boondocking. After unpacking, adding oil, fuel, and connecting the battery, it started right up. It was much quieter than I had anticipated. Sitting at idle, my wife and I were able to hold a conversation without raising our voices while standing right next to it. I will primarily be using propane for fuel. I did a test run to see how much I can run on it. I can run either one of my two A/Cs, one which is 15k btu and the other is 13.5 btu, but not both at the same time. With one A/C running, I can power my residential refrigerator, water heater, water pump, and all of the lights. If I add soft starts to my A/Cs, I could probably run everything. With trailer power cord almost fully extended, I cannot hear the generator running. Very pleased with this unit so far.

We have frequent power outages & with a special needs son we needed to be able to run tv& video games for him. Since this is an iGen that runs at 4200 watts on LP, it handles our watts to keep the electronics, internet & essential kitchen items all working. A big plus is being able to use remote/electric start especially for us senior citizens.

I just bought this inverter generator. I live at 6500 feet above sea level, so I was a little concerned that it might not work well. I also decided to use it with propane (which reduces the number of kilowatts that can be used). It started right away! Then I plugged in my motor home with the refrigerator on and it still worked great. After that, I turned on the air conditioner in my motor home to see how it would work with that, and it also kept plugging along! As an added bonus, it is very quiet for a generator. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I bought this about 6 mo ago but never prepped it for service until now. After following the instructions it started on the second or third pull. Still can not find the choke lever but it was not needed. Ran it on Propane for about 30 minutes and did a trial test powering essential circuits for my home. It worked great. I would recommend this unit as long as it met your load requirements.

Bought for power outage and travel trailer usage. Somewhat rough idle initially, hopefully will settle after break in. No issues with start up and automatic choke though and consistent voltage so far. Excited to use with travel trailer this spring summer

I purchased this generator to use while in our RV. It works great! We can run our AC/Heater and the microwave at the same time. No problem! We will also use it as a backup power source in the event our home power goes out. It will run our freezer and refrigerator without any issues.

Just purchased this the first of July 2021. Put the oil in it, and connected the battery, and unit fired up first try. I did not have the problem with choke not working, as some of the other reviewers have had. I'll see how well it runs my 5th wheel.
