Fast start up was easy to follow. A detailed manual comes with it, along with required bottle of oil and spout. Tools are also furnished when needed. It is quiet and started the second pull using gasoline. The duel fuel option is nice too. I believe it's a good purchase.

The manual was missing from the box so I had to look up the online version which was inconvenient. I will request a paper copy from WH bec the online version may not be available during an outage. The manual also has a reference to a choke lever which appears non-existent for this model so that was very confusing. I need to clarify this that with WH support as well.

I bought this generator for its duel fuel capabilities. It came with all you new to run off propane except the propane it's self. I would not expecting a propane to come with it. So far I have only ran it off propane and I might never run it off gas. With that said it is nice to have another fuel option in an emergency. This product has performed up to my expectations so far. It is new and I can not speak for the reliability of this product yet, maybe I will update this review in a couple of months.

I bought the igen 4500df July 2 after waiting anxiously for availability. After receiving it I did a binge boondocking trip for three weeks and put more than 30 hours on the igen when the overload light came on and the inverter stopped working. I went through the reset procedure in the manual but to no avail . I called Westinghouse and they sent me a new one in four days . That's unheard of !! My experience with their customer service was amazing and I'm a customer for life !! Thanks Bob

Just bought this generator and I'm in the process of getting it broke in. It responds to varying loads well. I don't think it's as quiet as my Honda EU3000is that it is replacing, considering that it's a larger generator but it is still very quiet. Happy with this purchase!

I just got this today, and follow the instructions as given. I was able to get the generator up and running w/in minutes. Very impressive. It starts on the first click on the remote. I look forward to its reliability and performance. From the 1st experience, I am giving it a high 5.

too new to tell but out of the box started up with propane with out a problem ran for five hours to break in . one side panel in not seated good i will look at later but for now it runs good tried with a shop vac ran fine, we will see when the power goes out.

So far so good.. purchased because I wanted remote start and duel fuel as I will only be running on propane. Set up easy and straight forward. Only problem is if you have big hands oil fill area a little tight. Generator runs everything in our 24 ft trailer. AC, microwave ,tv, wife's hair dryer, ect

I have been waiting to purchase this generator for 6 month because everyone was out of stock. I thought about buying other dual fuel generators that were in stock but I'm glad I didn't. This generator was worth the wait with it's great power rating and features like remote start. I just took it out of the box hooked up the battery add gas and oil and it started on the first press of the button. Hooked up my propane flipped the switch and it was running on propane. What a great little generator perfect for powering my trailer.

I bought this to run my room air conditioner and recharge my phones/laptops during PG&E's Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Works great! I am using a propane tank as fuel, since I also have a gas grill. Love the power meter as it show my air conditioner is drawing much less than expected. It makes a little noise, but a lot quieter than any of the other generators in the neighbor hood.
