Delicious chocolate flavor, tastes just like chocolate milk. No terrible aftertaste like some protein shakes. The consistency is thick and creamy just like real chocolate milk. The shake is easy to open and opens clean so no spilling of your trying to pour into a glass. High protein and only 1g of sugar, highly recommend!

The flavor is good. Reminds me of carnation instant breakfast. Which I loved growing up. There's a sweet but not overwhelming after taste that is nice as well. As a supplement shake, I would totally add to my diet. It's good flavor, low calorie and low sugar but high protein is a good addition.

These Member's Mark protein shakes are great. They taste just like the name brand shakes but with less cost. I have only tried chocolate. I prefer it over ice, or blended with ice, but I can also drink it straight from the pantry. Sometimes I'll grab one and toss it in my bag on my way out the door. Great for grab and go protein. Only one gram of sugar, this shake is sweetened with sucralose. The ingredients list isn't the best, but for what it is, I'm ok with that. They are just 2 net carbs each and 5 total carbs if you're looking for something that will fit into a technically keto lifestyle. These are q supplement, not a meal replacement, but at just 160 calories it's a good way to get a quick sweet tooth fix while packing in 30 grams of protein. My 14 year old son likes to drink these after a workout because they're easy and he can chug it really quick.

The flavor is ok, but for me it’s a bit too chalky tasting if you can get past that it’s decent… chocolate gives it a good texture and flavor and I like that it only has one gram of sugar… my preference is to serve over ice as well as chilled to cut down on the chalky taste… all in all I think it’s a good product it just needs a little bit of tweaking although it’s hard to find a protein shake that isn’t at least a little bit chalky so I’d recommend trying it

Overall a very solid protein shake! There is no chalky or chunky bits in the shake (even when not shaken, which I forgot to do with one bottle). You can taste the chocolate and it almost taste like a dessert rather than a protein shake. I usually drink Fairlife protein shakes and these are just 10 more calories and have the same number of grams of protein, and they taste quite similar. For me, deciding whether to move to this brand or stay with Fairlife would depend on cost difference.

These protein drinks are great for an on-the-go protein boost. The chocolate flavor is rich, but not to the point to where it is too much. It still has that "low sugar" taste at the end, but again, not too bad. Mix these in with some banana or peanut butter for a tasty smoothie! And 30g of protein is great to keep me feeling satisfied for longer.

Super rich chocolate flavor. I have tried many protein shakes and this one is high in protein and vitamins. It is thick and with an 11 oz serving it is perfect for my morning breakfast. I especially like to add a serving of espresso and pour over ice. It is a perfect start to my day.

This morning after my workout I tried Member’s Mark High Protein Nutritional Shake in lieu of my normal shake. A protein shake for breakfast is my go to. In comparison to my routine shake Member’s Mark gets high marks. I don’t have to prep it. It’s an easy open top and just drink. If I can’t drink it all, it doesn’t go to waste. I just cap it, refrigerate it and drink the remainder within 48 hours. Member’s Mark also has 2X the grams of protein compared to the shake I’ve been drinking for years. The taste is surprisingly delicious. No odd aftertaste as there can be with other brands. I have to say it is quite filling and I could only drink half of its contents. Technically, I’m getting the same amount of protein as my other shake. This will be a nice alternative to my regular breakfast.

I got the chocolate flavor. My daughter tried it as well. It tastes like a sweeter yoohoo chocolate drink. She noticed and after taste but i didnt notice much of one. All in all this is good. Would like to have the actual sweetener type listed as I am allergic to artificial sweeters.

I tried this protein shake in two different ways. One was warm where just shook it up and drank it. It was OK, but if you put it in the fridge and then drink it while it’s cold it has a much better taste. It’s creamier and goes down smoother than when you drink it warm! I think I found my new protein shake.
