The ready-to-drink Member's Mark High Protein Shakes are available in a delicious creamy chocolate flavor. Each shake contains 30 grams of protein, 25 vitamins and minerals per serving, 160 calories, one gram of sugar, and two grams net carbs. They are delicious and satisfying, plus they provide many of the nutrients your body needs to stay energized.  These shakes provide an excellent source of iron, calcium, and vitamin D which helps you build strong bones. However, if you drink part of a shake and you'd like to save it, the open package needs refrigeration.  What can I add to these shakes?  Try adding fresh or frozen fruit and some ice. Bring it Back!

What happened to this product? Went to go buy some more at Owensboro Sam’s Club and there isn’t any in the store and when I searched for it on the app, it couldn’t find it. I really like the Members Mark protein shakes. You really need to get them back.

Shakes were not edible, they had thickened up.

When I opened the first shake, they were like a thick paste. I was unable to drink them. Plan to return to Sam's club. I tried and few more and they were all bad.

    I am required by my physician to intake at least 90 grams of protein a day. With the rising cost and the occasional lack of availability of premier protein shakes. I was in search of a protein shake that was equivalent to premier protein shake. This was the best comparable product I have found. The flavor was chocolatey and the texture was smooth (not chalky).

    Good price for the taste

    Gave this a try, as the Premier was out of my budget range. I enjoyed this one, nice chocolate taste and a good consistency. I’ll say that it does not get frothy when it is blended (I like to add a banana), I found the premier had a tendency to do that.

    Excellent... When It Hasn't Separated

    I've gotten this product 3 times now and 2 out of three times it has been perfectly good. In the outlier experience, the whey had separated and hardened at the bottom of the container for each one, so I had to break it up to consume it.
