I received a couple of the high protein chocolate shakes to review. I like the silky texture and the hot (cold) cocoa flavor. I like that it’s not thick like some of the other brands. The flavor and texture has just the right amount of creaminess and sweetness and is not overpowering.

These drinks are perfects. Once you drink them you become full and it last for a while and I like the fact that it’s 30g of proteins which is a nice amount and the taste is really good. I will be purchasing to taste the vanilla since that’s my favorite kind.

I love chocolate so drinking these instead of having to get dishes dirty and spend time making a meal was great. Plus 30 grams of protein. The reason I am taking a star away is because even though I love chocolate these were a bit on the sweeter side.

The flavor is different and it’s not as thick as the others. The main reason I bought so much of the original shakes was because of the thick, creamy texture…as a meal replacement, it helped me stay full longer. I bought the new version once, on a whim, but it’s the last time I’ll buy them.

These high protein shakes are decent. And 30 grams of Protein and only 1 gram of Sugar is great! I personally prefer a vanilla flavor to use in making smoothies though. The Members Mark brand is pretty much equivalent to other more expensive brands so you will save some money if you like the chocolate flavored shakes.

I've been drinking these protein shakes for a while now and i gotta say they are very filling, delicious and better than the 'name' brands. They match up in every way. I drink one of these in the morning & I'm good to go till lunchtime. You get more per case than the name brands so you definitely are getting your money's worth. This is a nice rich chocolate flavored shake. They have other flavors to choose from as well. I definitely recommend them. Me & my milk mustache!

I bought this the other day because the Fairlife shakes I have bought for many years was no longer there. I thought I'd give this a try. It is chalky, has a terrible aftertaste, and smells like tube feeding formula. Absolutely disgusting. Sams - please bring back Fairlife. There is literally no substitute for Fairlife. The only place this member mark shake belongs is in the trash. Don't waste your money on it!

I’ll begin by saying we are avid protein shake drinkers and have tried many brands. Chocolate is usually a good flavor to try so I was happy to sample this one. I compared it side by side with another brand I had on hand with very similar ingredients. In a blind taste test completed by 4 other family members - the members mark shake won. It was a little less sweet which we all preferred and did not leave a funny aftertaste. It was uniform and not chunky. While not as creamy as some others, it was still a good consistency and not overly watery. I would definitely purchase instead of the other brand if price was right. Would also be interested in trying other flavors so I hope they add some! Give it a try if you like protein shakes.

These are decent. They use to be better before they changed them. The red carton they use to be, was so easy to drink and I actually wanted to drink one a day. These ones are more chunky even after shaking them and drinking them fast. They just have a different taste and aren't something I WANT to drink.

I used this as a quick and convenient grab and go breakfast drink. It was a good, chocolaty protein drink and it wasn't overly chalky. It left me full and satisfied until lunch since it has 30 grams of protein. I will also use this before or after a workout.
