Why change the formulation of the original Members Mark Chocolate Flavored Protein Shake with this one? Compared to the one before it is more a runny drink than a shake in consistency. It lost most of its flavor so now it only hints at a kinda chocolate-like taste and also seems a bit sweeter than the previous formulation, which is what I definitely didn't want. Since my bariatric surgery almost two years ago, I used to buy the previous formulation at Sam's Club in Daytona Beach or have it shipped to my home religiously for quite a while now and gladly spent hundreds of dollars a month for the product. Now that I sampled this new version, I won't order it again. I'll just finish my last order that delivered and received. Personally, I really really don't like it at all. Unfortunately, there's no 0 star rating that I could give it or I would have.

If your go-to protein shake is Premier Protein Chocolate, you won't like the Member's Mark "equivalent." I tried them hoping to save a few dollars, but found them too sweet with a more pronounced artificial chocolate flavor. On the other hand, if you don't like Premier Protein, you might like these.

This new, or replaced, Member's Mark protein shake took out thr good protein, i.e., took out the Milk Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate. The label now only shows protein concentrate. For a person who likes to work out this is a no-no. So now I have to find something else or start taking the extra time to mix my own shake from the good protein powder. Very disapointed, but who cares, right?

Something happened to these protein shakes and it wasn't for the good. The last batch I've bought in recently in January is thick and slimy and the consistency is absolutely horrible. I don't know what they've done to this protein shake, but I used to drink them and they used to be great now they're so thick and slimy. I can't even drink them anymore.

These shakes appear to have replaced the Member's Mark protein shakes I've been enjoying daily for years. These new shakes are not the same. They taste more like the Premier Protein, that I do not like.They have a weird aftertaste that is not palatable. I'm really sad now.

I love the flavor and consistency and buy these regularly. I would give these 5 stars if it wasn't for the following issue that is becoming a dealbreaker for me: Approximately on average of one shake out of every1-2 cases will be defective and drip everywhere. The plastic sippy top separates slightly from the front of the container causing the liquid to spill out down the front of the container as you sip - and onto whatever you are wearing if you don't realize the one you're drinking has this defect. This just happened yet again and I'm getting fed up. We've consumed protein shakes for years, and this is the only brand that has caused this issue for us.

Had no choice than to move on from the original Red Member's Mark Protein Shake for this, poor performance, took the Whey out drop the number in carton from 18 to 15 made a trashy protein drink, when the original red was the best in the class. Less Iron, Less potassium which human body needs both. Whomever made the decision to change the formula should be fired!

Bad taste

Very upset that Boost is not available in store anymore. My husband does not particularly like this and it comes out to be more expensive. It was on sale $7 off so ran to get a few cases. Not in store. Only online and have to pay shipping without a prime membership. It was actually in store only a couple of weeks prior and was so happy about that. My husband counts on this to keep him going some days Very disappointed.

Just bought these for the first time. Disappointed! On my 4th bottle and none have opened easy. Have to put it in my mouth and twist to open. Then have to puncture the seal inside with something. I have also bought the Adkins and Boost. Have not had this problem with those. Taste is ok. Does leave my mouth and lips feeling kinda dry. Price was good, but if they all are gonna be hard to open, probably wont buy again.
