The flavor of the shake is good. But its a bit thick and makes me feel heavy after drinking it. I cant drink all of it at once. Its' too filling.

I think it tastes better than the old one

This product is great for the price. Its high in protein, and low in sugar and cholesterol, which makes ite pretty clean.
