Horrible!! i bought these for my mom because she need to have protein and little to no sugar in the drink. I've had these before so i bought them. However, when i received the delivery the protein and liquid was separated. It was disgusting and super disappointing. I called customer service to get a replacement. They send me another delivery of the protien drink, hoping it was just a bad batch that i had received. Unfortunately, the 2nd batch was the same. I was super disappointed. I will not be buying these again until the figure how to prevent the protien separation.

The first case I got was great! The next 2 cases (1 case returned, and 1 replacement) were a thick pudding consistency and not mixed well at all. Undrinkable. Inconsistent product, which is too bad, because the flavor was great. Going back to name brand.

Something happened to these protein shakes and it wasn’t for the good. The last batch I’ve bought in recently in January is thick and slimy and the consistency is absolutely horrible. I don’t know what they’ve done to this protein shake, but I used to drink them and they used to be great now they’re so thick and slimy. I can’t even drink them anymore.

The Member's Mark Protein Shakes I purchased were clearly spoiled. They were thick, pasty, and completely undrinkable. Found this out by realizing that my breakfast was inedible after arriving at work. When I returned them to the Sam's Club in Mentor, OH, the customer service employee said "we know" before I could even explain the problem. That response made it clear that Sam's was already aware of an issue with this product, yet customers were apparently not informed. Instead, we were left to discover the problem ourselves and make a trip back to the store for a refund. I was never told what was actually wrong with the shakes, so I have no idea whether this was simply a quality issue or something more serious. This product should be recalled, and customers who purchased affected batches should have been proactively notified and refunded.
