My previous bed was also a Tempurpedic. I used it for 10 years and it was time for a change. The new ProAdapt (firm for me) is incredible. I'm a side sleeper, and this bed provides the firm support I need. I don't like the feeling of sinking into a bed, so if that's your thing, look at a medium or soft version of this mattress. I also bought the Ergo Extend adjustable base and it's a must have if you read in bed or watch TV. Yes Tempurpedic beds are very expensive compared to the competition, but I believe that over time, they provide the best value. The firmness extends to the edges of the bed, making getting into and out of bed much easier on my back. Check it out and get one!

For the most part, I like the feel of the mattress. I sleep soundly, at least when I can sleep. The biggest issue is that this thing is an oven. It absorbs and holds body heat until I wake up in a boiling sweat, usually around 3:00 in the morning. If I get out of bed and let it cool down for a half hour or so, then I can make it till morning. But by then the night's sleep is ruined. This was my first memory foam, and will likely be my last.

After trying out almost every mattress in our local mattress store; our favorite was the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Firm. My boyfriend and I have been using it for almost 2 months now. We truly sleep like babies on it. We love the firm construction that feels like it cups your entire body, ever so slightly, without that sinking-in feeling. Even sitting up on it makes me fall asleep. The only downside is that the material, unfortunately, DOES make you sweat. Nevertheless, I would still recommend it. I'll deal with a little sweat, for the most comfortable night's sleep ever...

I've had this new proadapt firm mattress for 3 weeks now. The first thing I noticed is that I fall asleep so fast. When I wake up, my back feels wonderful. I've been suffering with extreme back pain for years and this mattress has been great with helping reduce it. AAA+++

I'm sleeping much better on my Tempur-ProAdapt Firm mattress than I had been on my old and considerably softer mattress. Whether I sleep on my side or back I rest comfortably and awaken without the stiffness I experienced with my previous mattress. This is a fairly expensive mattress, but if you can fit it in your budget it's worth every penny. I don't regret for a moment having made this purchase.

Tempurpedic customer service is horrible. The bed is good, but the service is terrible. We ordered our bed and base and needed to replace the base. We made several calls to customer service in an attempt to replace the base. We were made many false promises. If we didn't continue to follow up, I believe that our issue would never have been solved. Tempurpedic needs to give their customer service professionals better tools to be able to do their job. As nice as the people were, they were barely able to help us with a simple product replacement.

Purchased midium Matress ProadaptMD-king with base on August 18, 2021 and after 30 days it was not comfortable and the only other option they gave us was to exchange it for the Firm one and pay the difference. We had paid so much already and we hoped the firm one was going to be better but no way, it feels like sleeping on concrete so firm that it does not even conform to the adjustable base when raised and on top of that it's way too hot even with the cooling protector they sold us. It's so hot that my husband and I are starting to experience kidney pain on one side and my back pain has worsened, If I sleep in my side I feel like my ribcage gets compressed and can't find a good position at all. Paid so much for it trying to find a solution to my back pain. Have contacted Tempurpedic and pretty much indicated they can't do anything about it we stuck with this bed because we purchased through a retailer and they won't do anything about it either. We much rather sleep on our couch now. What a waste of money.

This mattress is way too hard it's like you sleeping on top of a exam table. They tell me was hard because it wasn't broken so they told me I need to walked on it so I did for weeks then they told me it was hard because my house was cool so I put a heating blanket on it I've had it nine months and the bed is just as hard as the day buy it... I HATE this mattress.....

Our previous queen mattress was also a Tempurpedic and we had that one for seventeen years. We can't say enough about the level of comfort the Tempurpedic provides. Shortly after purchasing the Queen Mattress, we also purchased a Supreme Medium Topper for our guest futon since we want our guests to be as comfortable as we are.
