I waited over four years to finally buy this mattress and I am so in love with it. I will admit the first few days were not good, it took a few days to get used to the feel and I tossed and turned a bit. But now after having it for three weeks my husband and I just love it and sleep so good. Everybody asks me if it's hot and NO it's not all. We live near Sacramento and the Summers are very warm here and I think my old mattress felt so much warmer. Also I got the Pro Adapt Cooling Pillows in Mid height and I love those too. You will NOT regret buying this mattress and pillows.

We went with a medium thinking it was the same firmness as our first. It was not!! But there was no problem switching it to the firm, excellent customer service, by the way, and the second mattress shipped within days. It's just right, not too firm not too soft. I bought the pro-adapt after trying several other mattresses over the past 3 years. I have arthritis and some fibromyalgia and have tried my best to use diet and exercise to manage it, but I was feeling worse and worse each morning. I was trying not to spend as much money but the mattress I purchased 3 yrs ago was a firm plush regular style and I knew after about a year that it wasn't working. I thought I'd get used to it....not! Finally decided I needed a new mattress and this time it would be super firm. I went and tried as many as I could and when I layed on the tempurpedic I didn't want to get up. I was encouraged to take 15-20 min to see if it was for me. I was also encouraged to get the medium but I was convinced I needed the firm. Unless you have back/bone issues that like the firm, I would definitely get the medium. I ended up getting a 3" tempurpedic topper until the mattress is fully broken in. I wake up with about 85-90% less pain and stiffness! I'd definitely recommend if you have any pressure point issues too. It's like a warm hug to my bones, but with lots of support so I feel like I've sunk into a cushioned yet firm mattress cloud! Best purchase by far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally bought a new mattress this year. Although I cringed at the price, this mattress has been amazing. My joints feel good when I wake up. Before I would wake up, My back would be killing me and every joint in my body would hurt. Buying this is the best decision we could have made. It is not hot to sleep on. I do not toss and turn all night like I use to. I barely feel my husband move. I never thought I would sleep this well. I highly recommend this bed! We have not found any negatives yet.

My only regret is why I put off buying a Tempur-Pedic. Maybe because I could not find my comfort, but the new Pro Adapt firm is incredibly comfortable. Best sleep ever on the the first night with no back pain after a restful sleep. Also purchased the adjustable bases with our split King. The adjust-ability is fantastic that allows us to find our own comfortable setting. Highly recommended even though it's expensive but it's worth the money invested in it.

At first I was a bit concern because I have never had a firm bed before. I was so use to a soft mattress that I was wondering if I made a mistake...., BUT now, I wished that I made this purchase a lot sooner... My lower back and legs are so happy now...! I sleep so well especially since I work the overnight shift, sleep is essential.... ! I need my sleep to function on my shift. This mattress makes my sleep during the day much easier to get. At first the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I thought that it should be for the money paid, & I thought that I had made a big mistake! I've had my bed for about 2 months now & I don't know exactly when it happened but the mattress is perfect!! I have fibromyalgia & thought that I needed a softer mattress, but boy was I wrong. My mattress feels as if it had been made for my body, not too soft & not too hard. This has been the best investment I've made to date & I am 67 years old.

We were both suffering pain in neck, shoulder and hips prior to purchasing the ProAdapt medium hybrid. Granted our very expensive name brand pillow top was 12 years old, we both ceased having pain from day one. Combined with the Ergo frame, subtle adjustments to head and feet positions have given us the best nights sleep we have had in years. Both the mattress and frame are very high quality. We absolutely love our new bed and expect years of comfort.
