This is my first laptop. I have always had desktop tower computers. So far, I love the speed of this purchase. It has enough connections for me. I am a retired old person.

Just bought it. So far so good. I was expecting better battery life. Not sure if 5 hours after a full charge without running any applications is normal.

I purchase this laptop for my wife to replace a 12 year old gateway. It's kind of like the tortoise and the hare race This laptop response is so fast It's amazing ! I'm sure she will enjoy this laptop for years to come !

Bought 3 weeks ago -- great computer. Tutor students on-line, have power point and anywhere to two to three spread sheets running at one time / and face timing. This machine can handle it. Now we have Spectrum internet, so very good internet connection.

Powerful sturdy laptop with a great keyboard but battery life is pitiful - wish it would last longer and lighter like LG Gram.

I am really loving the look and performance of this laptop. It's fast and does everything I could possibly want.

Good computer, compact design so far it performs well with every test that I’ve done with. It would definitely recommend it.

Good laptop computer. Pretty fast CPU. Large and bright screen. Only issue is the sound volume is very low. I have to use a blue tooth speaker with it to compensate. This would be a better computer if the screen were a touch screen unit.

Just got it, and one main reason I chose it was the two year warranty as stated on the samsclub website. All the info with the computer says one year warranty and one year accidental damage warranty. NOT two year manufacturer warranty! Can I get the extra year thru Samsclub? or is the website misleading customers?
