Horrible. The hard drive locked up. After some research I found that had happened to others. Returned it ans Sam's as usual was excellent. Product horrible - retailer Awesome !

My very first computer build many years ago was using an ASUS motherboard. ASUS set the standard way back then and has continued through today. This computer is very impressive. It has the feel of a solid product. I like the MyASUS application which monitors the computer with system diagnosis and updates. The computer was easy to unbox, charge and setup. The setup prompts were simple and logical. Somehow it feels like going home to a place you can trust. I look forward to many years with the Vivobook 17X.

I have been impressed with my ASUS Vivo book. It has everything I need and then some. The durability and processor speed were a few things that sold me in the very beginning. I've since found out that there is 1 year warranty protection for liquid damage and accidental physical damage which is amazing. Thank you for such a high quality product!!

Almost purchased a laptop by MSI and I am now glad I did not. This ASUS laptop is screaming fast with the Intel i9 processor and 16 mb of RAM. Although I wish it had an optical drive or at least an SD card slot, I am pleased with the number of ports allowing me to purchase external USB devices to serve this purpose. The Wifi speed test shows it is running 4 times faster than my old HP laptop.

Good computer for the price

We've only had the laptop for a couple weeks. So far, it's nice. I really like the metal shell.

I purchase this laptop for my wife to replace a 12 year old gateway. It's kind of like the tortoise and the hare race This laptop response is so fast It's amazing ! I'm sure she will enjoy this laptop for years to come !

This is my first laptop. I have always had desktop tower computers. So far, I love the speed of this purchase. It has enough connections for me. I am a retired old person.

Just bought it. So far so good. I was expecting better battery life. Not sure if 5 hours after a full charge without running any applications is normal.

Machine runs very smooth. Very fast and pleasant to use. Took a lot to set it up. Worth the wait! Another of my computers just died. I am thinking of buying another one of these to replace it.
