I caught this on sale and am amazed. Don't know if I needed I9. My other laptops have been I7 for the past 8 years. Handles the music generation I was seeking.

Gift for my wife. She’s not real tech savvy but after set up she’s able to move around to get what she wants to do and it works well. It’s fast and is a huge upgrade over the Dell desktop we previously had for her.

Great 17" Laptop - fast, thin, super display. Fingerprint detection works well. Would recommend to others.

Bought 3 weeks ago -- great computer. Tutor students on-line, have power point and anywhere to two to three spread sheets running at one time / and face timing. This machine can handle it. Now we have Spectrum internet, so very good internet connection.

The PC seems to work nicely haven't used it very much yet. The warranty expiration date is incorrect it is showing an expiration date that is completely incorrect and it won't let me correct it.

love the product. The 17" seems a little smaller compared to my other 17" laptop that I have.

Seemed good. The power supply failed already. We’ll see how customer service works getting it replaced

This is a nice sized computer and wonderful keyboard, however, after getting it set up and ready to use I noticed it freezing up. I tried wired and wireless, a new mouse and it would still freeze. Even when just using a browser for shopping! I need a system for work so unfortunately I had to send this system back. Thank you Sam's for your great return policy!

Just got it, and one main reason I chose it was the two year warranty as stated on the samsclub website. All the info with the computer says one year warranty and one year accidental damage warranty. NOT two year manufacturer warranty! Can I get the extra year thru Samsclub? or is the website misleading customers?

Horrible. The hard drive locked up. After some research I found that had happened to others. Returned it ans Sam's as usual was excellent. Product horrible - retailer Awesome !
