[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a washer that didnt work amazing it is so nice to have a washer that works so well. One of my absolute favorite features that it has is the ability to connect to my Amazon Alexa and will announce when my washer is done. I am a very busy mama, wife and rancher and I need something that can cut through all the dirt and whatever gets on my clothes. This machine does exactly that. It gets my clothes clean and I love that I can pick what size I need to not waste water. One downside I have found is that this is a tall washer, I am not. I have to stand on a step stool to reach the bottom of the washer, I am 5'3" for a reference. It is a deep barrel which also means it can hold a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have really enjoyed the upgrade to this washer from my previous one! I like the new features it has. No more accidentally slamming the lid closed with the slow close lid, lots of wash options, i use heavy wash most often, and a nice shiny app to come with it as well! I like that it has an "extra full" fill option for when you have a big load you wanna cram in there. The noise level has been minimal compared to what i am used to. Its been washing my clothes very thoroughly and hasnt even gone out of balance with my big heavy king size comforter! Overall, I would recommend!

The digital display is easy to read. The see thru top glass allows you to see the washer doing its cycle or to view when your laundry is done. The detergent/bleach/fabric softener tray is very conveniently located and accessible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great washer! It's a huge difference from my last washer. I've done every type of load and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Clothes / bedding is throughly cleaned and I love the fact that they never come out all tangled up. With the smart things app I'm able to control the washer and dryer all from my phone and both have more settings where I'm able to customize for each load. I really love the laundry recipe in the app that helps guide me through each setting depending on the type of clothes I'm washing. This setting is also available on my matching dryer. The last top load washer I owned didn't have the agitator and alot of the times my clothes would come out still dirty. That's not the case with my new Samsung washer the agitator helps move the clothes around making sure they're throughly cleaned without tangling everything up or being too rough on my delicates. I can't believe how quiet the washer and dryer is! The only sound I hear is the cute little tune it plays when the cycles are finished. I love my new Samsung washer and dryer and recommended it to everyone. I can't get over how excited I am to actually do my laundry now lol. Thanks Samsung for making my life a bit easier!

We replaced our Maytag washer and I couldn’t be happier! This washer not only gets clothes cleaner, it is quieter and more energy efficient. The smart feature is so handy, and the capacity accommodates our busy family’s needs including bedding and loads of towels! Highly recommend.

The Active WaterJet feature is a fantastic addition, as it helps to thoroughly clean heavily soiled items. The smart capabilities of this washer are just amazing, I can control and monitor the cycles remotely through my smartphone, making it convenient and allowing me to multitask. Now I don’t have to go to a laundromat to wash my big comforter cause this washer is so big that it fits perfectly fine, plus clothes came out cleaner than with my old washer I just love it. Love this washer and not just because anything is better than the 32+ year old beast that finally died. Does a great job, controls are straightforward with plenty of options without being daunting. Love the clear lid. The size allows doing a bedspread at home rather than going to a laundromat for it. Spins well so drying time is less than with my old beast. Quiet while running and someone had fun with the control sounds, very punny to have The Trout Quintet as the cycle end sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer has been amazing too. I like that the dryer has a timed dry, a quick cycle, and a wrinkle setting. Clothes get dry super fast. I have! Unique setup and it fits perfectly. Also, they both are very quiet so the smart things app comes in handy to know when they both are done.

I bought this washer back in October. Minus a problem from delivery personnel, I haven't had any issues. I truly love this washer. My clothes have never been clearer. I also love the option for "laundry recipes" that I can send to my washer. I wish I would have bought the larger one but for now this is perfect.
