[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite impressed. You can put very large items in it no problem. I was surprised that it got our horse and dog laundry as clean as it does. We have never had an impeller type washing machine always the agitator type. It has a lot of cycle to choose from and the app is handy for keeping up with when it's done. We are really busy and sometimes we forget about the laundry and leave it in the washing machine for days at a time but with this app it sends you a message to let you know it's finished. The app was easy to set up and is pretty user friendly. I also really like the control buttons on this washer.

I own this trash. It never runs a full cycle. Spin only will resoak clothes wasting water then get unbalanced again and you have to start over. Every time it stops it bangs around very loud. I changed the heating element to the dryer twice already. Third time was the charm. Don't buy this trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great washer, would have given 4.5 but there is no option to give half star. On the pros it is smart/WiFi connected. Can control it via Smart things. It was automatically detected and was easy to paint and get notifications. On the washer performance, cleans well, haven't noticed any concerns. The only cons are the time it takes is slightly higher compared to other washers I owned, also seems to consume slightly more water .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a washer that was ready to retire and stumbled across this campaign. I am so pleased with the way this washer takes care of my clothes. I have used a few of the cycles as well as the self clean function and they all have done amazing. I love the water jet to pre-treat as I have kids that are in sports and it helps with those small stains. I liked that when the washer thought it needed a self clean that it let me know to do that. I have also noticed how easy it is to use and I am confident that even my 12 year old is able to use it without instruction from myself. The washer is amazing and I know that it will last years to come and I will get clean clothes each and every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung 4.7 cu. ft. Smart Top Load Washer as a replacement to my old Samsung Washer which was producing old gunk when washing. It has good capacity with many top load settings. I like the Smart feature which notifies me on my Smartthings app when washing and cycle is done. The only issue I have is it is a little noisy but bearable compared to my old Samsung Washer. Overall it is a good washer and get's the job done!

This washing machine is the biggest piece of junk do not waste your money, Doesn’t last over a year until it candle handle any size load of laundry and becomes unbalanced and just keeps wasting water and electricity It literally became unbalanced while I was doing a load of laundry rags…. Waste of money do not purchase, Maytag is 10000 percent better

Connwcting the app to Alexa allows for an announcement on all your devices letting you know the cycle is done, great for those laundry rooms that are in the basement or garage where you might hear the cute melody that plays at the end. I check the app to see how much time is left all the time. Plus the app allows you to see the energy usage or start the washer when you're away from home. Besides all of that are all of the options to choose, from normal to bedding to quick wash for when you're in a hurry and more. The best part is the water jet, it's like a faucet in your washer! No more do you have to scrub your items in the bathroom or kitchen then drip water across the house to throw it the washer. All the mess can be contained by using the water jet located next to the detergent and softer drawer. I couldn't be happier with my new washer, it's so easy to use and makes laundry a breeze to do.

I'm a single guy, so I am really familiar with the normal washing mode. Since I have connected this washer to Smartthings, I can send laundry recipes and it helps me pick the appropriate mode. Wifi connection was easy to set up, and I got it connected to Smartthings quickly. The Smart Control allows me to keep an eye on cycles from my phone. The drum is nice and large, so I can easily fit bedding in. I love this washer so far, and I think I still have some learning to do. This has been a great addition to my Samsung/Smartthings ecosystem.
