[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer for six months. It's great for washing light loads of clothes. However, its not to good with washing heavy loads like pillows and rugs. It dies nit spin well with heavy loads.

I love the cute series of tonations it plays at the end when my load is done - it is like it's singing me a song! My happy washer is glad the work is done. The app is helpful, because it alerts me when my load is almost done on multiple devices. I'm impressed with the performance of this product, I think it's one of the best washing machines I've used.

We do multiple loads of laundry per week of clothes and then additional loads of towels and blankets that are dirty with dog hair and dog stink! This washing machine holds multiple blankets at a time, which is a great time saver. It does not get unbalanced even when washing large comforters. It is nice to be able to set the Soil level and I also have used the Heavy Duty, Deep Wash and Bedding selections often.

My dad bought this washer a couple years ago and it worked for a year and a half until it kept coming unbalanced. Currently, It's taking me almost an hour to wash 6 small pieces of clothes. This washer is a piece of junk. And I don't think fixing it will help anything.

The washing machine is not functional at all, its axis is not strong enough when it spins to dry the clothes, it seems that you have to weigh each side to balance the clothes so that they do not stop, every time I wash clothes I have to arrange all the wings clothes so that the washing machine does not crash, I really feel robbed and a terrible team, the quality control of this team did not realize this, I personally hope that no one buys these washing machines anymore.

It is a small place but due to our dogs and kids we realized quickly that we needed to be able to do laundry here. Unlike my original washer, this washer allows for multiple big blankets that our dogs get dirty and handles our comforters and blankets with no issues. I am shorter but don't have a problem getting laundry out of the bottom of the washer - this was my concern moving from a front loading washer to a top loading one! We also have a Samsung range that is smart things capable so we’re able to access using wifi. Pretty high tech. Set up was quick and easy (done by my husband!)

And it give me a notification on my phone when laundry is done so I can continue my day to day tasks without forgetting about the laundry. All I do is hope it lasts atleast half the life of my old mayday did.

I love all the options of this washer including the water jet option. I also love the sanitize option to clean the washer to keep it fresh. This washer actually gets my clothes clean unlike other brands I have purchased.

This washing machine is the biggest piece of junk do not waste your money, Doesn’t last over a year until it candle handle any size load of laundry and becomes unbalanced and just keeps wasting water and electricity It literally became unbalanced while I was doing a load of laundry rags…. Waste of money do not purchase, Maytag is 10000 percent better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into an older home and are limited by space. Needless to say, our laundry room doesn't have a sink which we really missed. We didn't even know about one feature of this washer that has become our favorite. It has a spout where you can get a stream of water to come out into the tub! While not an actual sink, it is awesome for pre-soaking something and scrubbing out hard stains. With the Samsung app, we know when the load is done so we cant start another. Which also is less loads now with this increased capacity. This has been a great purchase and we look forward to doing laundry now!
