**Do NOT buy this horrible chair!!** Replacing a La-Z-Boy chair much like this one that I've had for years and was very pleased with, but was worn out. This chair has the "active lumbar" support which no matter how I adjusted it felt like being shoved in the lower back all day. Sitting up shoves you towards the front to make you lean forward, laying back the lumbar collapses but sucks in to be very uncomfortable, so I could never get to any position that was usable, much less sitting in it for hours each day. Tried the adjustment in the instructions to little help. Called the support number but they could not help. Returning this horrible chair is my last and only option. These are currently on sale, and no wonder. Hopefully this design will be replaced to go back to the prior version what was far more comfortable and usable.

I'm giving 1 start because of 2 reasons 1. There were no assembly instruction in the box, so I had to assemble it finding random instructions from google 2. Within 3 weeks of buying the chair, it started malfunctioning. Its height adjustment is failing. I raise its height, but then it falls automatically when I sit on it next time I thought Lazboy to be a very good brand, but totally disappointed.

After spending 45 minutes assembling the chair, I am completely disappointed with the lack of comfort! The lumbar support is severely stiff and uncomfortable!!! And it makes a clunky sound when you recline ( should be a different word, because it only reclined a few inches). The entire chair feels small and the depth of the seat feels short, not much room if you could recline. Leaning backwards almost pushes you off the seat. I'm only 5'11" and 185lb. I can't imagine a larger person fitting on it. Really disappointed 😞 If the store had an assembled floor sample, I could have saved a great deal of time. Hope they'll take it back assembled... I am not keeping this!!

Having had two lower back surgery, it's hard sometimes finding a chair that is comfortable and affordable. This one has impressed me very quickly. A rocking motion causes the active lumbar support to feel like you're getting a lower back massage. This chair is very comfortable and comes at a very reasonable price for what you get.

Its not that great

There was nothing about this chair that I liked. Literally. The fabric rips very easily. It felt wobbly and unsteady constantly. The chair tilted so far to the front that it literally hurt to sit in it and felt like I was sliding off of it. It was was not put together incorrectly. When I replaced it with a less expensive but much sturdier chair without the name brand I realized just how bad this La-z-boy chair truly is.

This La-Z-Boy office chair is hands-down one of the best investments I've made for my workspace. The comfort is next-level — supportive without being stiff, plush without feeling bulky. You can really tell it's built with long hours in mind. The lumbar support is excellent, the cushioning holds its shape, and the chair feels solid and well-constructed. Whether I'm working all day, on calls, or sitting for extended periods, it keeps me comfortable and properly supported without fatigue. Assembly was straightforward, adjustments are smooth, and the overall design looks professional and clean. It's the perfect balance of comfort, durability, and style. I purchased this online for Black Friday. I just received yesterday a few days late. I'm on here now to print the instructions as none are included in box. Not off to a good start with shipping being delayed and now no instructions. Considering just returning instead

Short seated. Bothers your legs. Height adjustment is difficult. The lumber feels as if you have a soccer ball behind you. does this have an adjustment? The chair is much smaller than the other previous versions. The seat is so short, a big butt would not fit in this chair. I threw away the box prematurely and paid to have it assembled. I'm therefore stuck with it. Never again Lazy-boy.

The chair is very uncomfortable. Not bad if you are sitting without leaning against the chair back, If you do lean back, the lumbar support collapses and you slide forward off the seat. This is very bad for someone with lumbar issues. I cannot recommend this chair.
