Chair will not adjust down properly. at lowest adjustment, chair will barely allow knees to get under desk. It will adjust plenty in height but will not sufficiently adjust low enoufh to get under desk Reclining adjustment does not work, chair will barely recline.

The chair is very uncomfortable. Not bad if you are sitting without leaning against the chair back, If you do lean back, the lumbar support collapses and you slide forward off the seat. This is very bad for someone with lumbar issues. I cannot recommend this chair.

Just bought the Lay-Z-Boy Active Lumbar, High Back Ergonomic Chair # 52069- BRN at Sam’s Club, really great price! I had a pretty old desk chair and was having a lot of lower back issues and this chair has really provided the support I need to be at my desk all day every day. Also, this chair really takes my home office to the next level with the aesthetics of the chair. Just Love It! Fabulous find all around, thank you Lay-Z-Boy!

Assembly was difficult and required physical strength to get the arm rests connected to the back of the chair and connecting the back and the bottom of the chair together. You will definitely need another person to help you assemble this chair. Other than that, great final product.

Having had two lower back surgery, it's hard sometimes finding a chair that is comfortable and affordable. This one has impressed me very quickly. A rocking motion causes the active lumbar support to feel like you're getting a lower back massage. This chair is very comfortable and comes at a very reasonable price for what you get.

I have looked at a lot of different chairs. Many say they are for big and tall but are not really. This one is. I was visiting my daughter and able to actually sit in it. What a comfortable chair. Our Sam's did not have this on display or even available in the store, so I was glad to actually be able to sit on it and try it out. This is the problem with only being able to order online. Assembly was a breeze. Chair is very comfortable and would recommend this to any big and tall folks.

I'm giving 1 start because of 2 reasons 1. There were no assembly instruction in the box, so I had to assemble it finding random instructions from google 2. Within 3 weeks of buying the chair, it started malfunctioning. Its height adjustment is failing. I raise its height, but then it falls automatically when I sit on it next time I thought Lazboy to be a very good brand, but totally disappointed.
