Leather was torn around the threaded inserts for the bolts in multiple places. The tears will likely expand as the product is used making me worry about the lifespan of the item.

Just had this chair for 2 days and I must say I love it. Comfortable, roomy, and great lumbar support for long durations if sitting/ working. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a quality chair.

Needed two office chairs for my wife and I. I’m a big guy so I wanted something to hold me (6’3, 315) my wife is a small woman but she loves the chairs. They’re very comfortable and easy to assemble. Would highly recommended.

This now chair number two that I have purchased. They are a great value for the money. The reason for the second chair purchase was after sitting in mine several times my wife decided that she needed one as well.

This is a pretty large chair and it’s incredibly comfortable and supportive. I weigh almost 200lbs and dont hear noises when leaning back or sitting down. Very sturdy, should’ve bought this years ago

I bought two chairs to replaced the two chairs that I previously purchased that the leather cracked off of. Hopefully the new ones will perform better than the last two chairs Lazboy chairs I purchased.

I’m going to trust the Lazboy name, but out of the package I’m impressed. Fits together nicely and I don’t have any issues with the design. Will definitely get daily use out of it.

This chair has given my back a load off, as well as helped me rest my hip that I'm waiting to get surgery on. It has brought peace to my body. 10 out of 10.

I bought this as a replacement for my previous Lazboy chair that I had for 5 years. The base broke on me and I may have been able to get it replaced but really wanted a new one.

The chair is very comfortable and perfect for my height and my weight. just today I buy it and arm it, so I hope it will be a very good experience with this new chair.
