Overall quality of the chair is excellent. The “comfort core” seat construction is very comfortable, and the active lumbar support is well positioned and provides superb comfort!l Thank you!

I’m going to trust the Lazboy name, but out of the package I’m impressed. Fits together nicely and I don’t have any issues with the design. Will definitely get daily use out of it.

Just had this chair for 2 days and I must say I love it. Comfortable, roomy, and great lumbar support for long durations if sitting/ working. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a quality chair.

I love this chair. I have been sitting an uncomfortable chairs for several years I have a bad back and this chair with the active lumbar support is exactly what the doctor ordered. And by the way I am the doctor.

No instructions on how to put the chair together. Not one slip of paper, no book, no link to a website....nothing. I expect a lot more from Lazy-Boy

To get your warranty you have to leave a review so not a fan of that but overall the chair is comfortable and not hard to put together. Did it by myself in under an hour. Would give 5 stars but I’ve only sat in it for not even an hour so 4 it is

Lasted about a year before falling apart. I wasn't particularly rough with this chair but the arms and base just kept loosening to the point of breaking. The uphostery ripped from even the lightest of drags. Very unfortunate. I don't feel comfortable returning something to Sam's that I have owned for an entire year so I guess I just have to deal with it.

Didn’t have hardware in the box.

Put it together today. So far so good. 6’1 and it’s perfect.
