The chair is very comfortable however, the plastic caps to cover the bolts holding on the armrest will not stay in place and keep popping out. Other than that, assembly was easy and it is a very comfortable

Love it simple assembly my last chair last 12 years and only started to come apart when my six year old started to use it as a jungle gym.

Some consideration should be given for using the box to help assemble. Fairly heavy and awkward for one person to assemble.

Hard to assemble. The casters did not go into the base smoothly. Connecting the arms to both the seat back and seat bottom were difficult.

This chair has the softness you want and the support you need. I work from home and this is the perfect chair for long days at the desk

Great chair had one before it lasted 14 years before it got ugly. Some of the tore arms were nicked up, so I decided to get a new one.

No instructions on how to put the chair together. Not one slip of paper, no book, no link to a website....nothing. I expect a lot more from Lazy-Boy
