Putting the chair together was not too hard. Instructions were clear, but pictures and lettering could be larger.

Easy to put together. Seat isn't very long and back isn't as high as I would expect. So I gave it to my wife to use.she is shorter.

The lumbar support was too firm and too low. And it is not adjustable. Seat cushion also felt too firm. For the money, one can do much better. 5 stars to Sams Club and their staff, who were very friendly and helpful with the return.

i mean. its a comfortable chair. if u wanna actually work in it. if u want a relax and play on ur computer chair. get somethings different. the lock dont work sovuccan comfortably stay reclined in it

No instructions on how to put the chair together. Not one slip of paper, no book, no link to a website....nothing. I expect a lot more from Lazy-Boy
