Building the chair is a little complicated. However if you do it correctly it is a sturdy and comfortable chair.

3 weeks old and already having problems with the hydraulic shaft the seat attaches to. Not a happy camper right now.

Seat is Comfortable but side rails came with scratches or smudges. Quality control needs to be a little better

DO NOT BUY! Within 2 months, you either lean one way or the other, back is ripping out. If you sit in the center is extremely uncomfortable and no lumbar support to speak of.

Just put it together. Definitely an upgrade from the one before. A better seated position. I'm taller than average. And it fits my tushy. The plastic caps for looks to cover the screws aren't great.

I work from home and purchased a nice gaming chair. It was not meant for sitting 8 hours a day. This is a huge improvement. Better cushioning and lumbar support.

I received this chair as a gift for Father's day, and I have to say it's been fantastic! The only gripe I would give it is that I wish it had more head/neck support, or were a little taller. But otherwise, a seriously great gift!

Last chair from La-Z-Boy lasted a long time and this new one feels good. Still adjusting to the newness of it but looking forward to another comfy and supporting chair.
