Just put it together. Definitely an upgrade from the one before. A better seated position. I'm taller than average. And it fits my tushy. The plastic caps for looks to cover the screws aren't great.

I move around a lot in my seat especially when talking to clients. This chair sits very comfortably and moves easily. Love it!

Hard to assemble. The casters did not go into the base smoothly. Connecting the arms to both the seat back and seat bottom were difficult.

This chair has the softness you want and the support you need. I work from home and this is the perfect chair for long days at the desk

Great chair had one before it lasted 14 years before it got ugly. Some of the tore arms were nicked up, so I decided to get a new one.

Love it simple assembly my last chair last 12 years and only started to come apart when my six year old started to use it as a jungle gym.

I have been trying new office chairs for over a year looking for the perfect chair. After sitting in the Lazy Boy it took about 30 seconds to decide this was the one. Will update later on when I have used it for a while

I’m 6’3” and it barely is high enough to rest my head while reclining. I had an older version that had a higher back but this has better lumbar support as a trade off.
