this is a really good reasonably priced x star cheddar. It is my go to for x sharp cheddar

Great price and better taste than the big brand white sharp cheddar

I always buy it to keep a few months as it is often tasteless, so stored 6-8 weeks let's it age

This cheese had a strange texture and a bad taste even though it was months from the sell-by date.
